Arrived for a 6 day stay and the hotel was dark, reception desk torn out and appliances everywhere. Workman walked up to me shaking his head saying No,no, no. It was closed for renovations and never informed me or Expedia! Avoid this place. Incompetent and negligent management.Never had a hotel do this in my50 years of travelling around the world

The lobby was literally a construction site! The pool was empty. The carpet in the room and halls were filthy. The breakfast area had puddles of water dripping from orange juice machine.

The walls in the hallways had mold growing on them. The room had beer cans everywhere, linens were waded up in the chair, bed had just the mattress. No sheets. Front desk clerk tried to put us in another room, and the entire second floor was this way. We had reserved 4 rooms, and at 9pm, only 2 rooms in the entire hotel were ready

Upon arrival, we found out that the hotel was under renovations. When we got to our room and tried to take showers, there was no hot water.

Only one ice machine working in the entire hotel. My phone wasn’t working in my room. Nor my safe. On the 2nd day of my 4 day stay the housekeeper cleared out the fridge and took my 6-pack of beer. After several complaints and the desk clerk taking my name and number twice so the manager could call me, i never received any call to resolve. The pool was closed the entire time as well. Talked with several other guests who were also very unhappy with their accomodations

Arrived and the hotel was under renovation. In my room the safe and the phone was not working. Went to ask for someone to fix the safe. They said they will try to find another one. That night i bought a 6 pack of beer and put it in the fridge. Went to motogp the following day and come back to my room to find that they had cleared out my fridge when they cleaned the room. I complained three times but nothing was done about it. The hot water only worked sometimes. The last day here and went to take a shower but there was only cold water out the tap. The hot breakfast this morning was just sausages and biscuits. No eggs. Nobody here seems to give a crap when you ask for anything.

The hotel is under construction so there was a lot of work going on. The room was okay but the water wasn't hot enough in the shower.

This is not a Holiday Inn Express by any standard. The man at the front desk in the unprofessional black sweatsuit was extremely rude when we asked for towels and packages that I had shipped to the hotel. Offered no help. Zero hot water for our stay of 3 nights. Not just our room but other guests experiencing the same issue. Heat and air system dated and not working well. Zero housekeeping even though they said we would receive after 2 days. The only bright spot of the stay was the front desk clerk, Jason. He actually looked for and located my packages in about 5 seconds and even offered to help me to my car with them. Apparently the hotel is being “renovated” and therefore everything is blamed on that. Had I known any of the above prior to booking I absolutely would’ve chosen elsewhere. Have never experienced an IHG employee as rude as the man working the desk in a sweatsuit. That says it all.

Needs a facelift
This hotel is so run down, which makes it feel dirty, mold in bathroom and much more expensive than the nicer ones next door. I only stayed here because I’ve stayed at other Holiday Inn’s and they have been nice, and the ones next door had no Availability.

Nothing to write home about. The pool was closed and nobody could tell us why. Shower water was hot for about 2 minutes and then cold. Front desk said they would let maint. Know but they only come in 2x a week. Breakfast lady was very friendly. Rooms were just ok.stains on the carpet and tub was peeling. Front desk people were less than friendly and not very helpful.

Arrived late afternoon rooms weren’t ready we were told they were short handed and would have to wait several more hours or go elsewhere. We prepaid for two rooms for two days and we are still waiting on our refund. This was back in may. If Hotels.com doesn’t get involved the we will never use them again Little over $900.

This hotel was a dump
This was straight up a crap show… From beginning to end… they started off by calling me and telling me they couldn’t accommodate me so i thought i was gonna have find another place to stay luckily i called Hotels.com people and they handle it(Thanks) once we arrived we saw pool was closed cause it was green which means they didn’t wanna clean it… signs all over saying hotel getting worked on. I saw thermostat hanging off wall in the hallway.. by this time i knew i was bout be in for a treat… My room looked normal but the cabinet under tv was angled and not level so draw would slide out… they stuff rags under it keep it from probably falling over… the ac leaked water onto floor and there were no towels for us in the bathroom… Be careful using toilet cuz if u think its normal your wrong its the ball washer 3000. Some kind of chicken meal was left in fridge for us wrapped in tin foil… and there was a ceiling fan that if u turned it on it made loudest noise ever… twice during stay we had get our keycards reactivated… One of the front desk people were straight sleeping i had wake him up to get him to fix it… my favorite part was the checking out … i know i probably missed something else but im out of characters… i recommend staying at hoilday inn in Bastrop not buda

Nice hotel they were doing remodeling. They could have put on the site that the pool was closed. So we stayed there thinking pool was open and paid extra money because of that when I could have gotten a cheaper hotel with no pool.

Don’t ever, ever, ever stay here. Shower was full of mold, pool had green water, toilets were dirty, the list goes on. However, the staff was extremely rude and lack proper communication skills. I tried to ask questions about an issue and one staff member walked off then returned to confront me by stating I was yelling and arguing. He couldn’t explain charges and called IHG to find out I was charged incorrectly.
