We booked a downtown skyline view in Hotel Indigo through Expedia. Arrived at the hotel, and had to call to figure out where to go. We were told to come around through a different entrance, which was for the attached Holiday Inn Express. Apparently Hotel Indigo had closed and not alerted us prior to our arrival, and our room was transferred to Holiday Inn Express instead of the quirky cool boutique hotel I thought I was booking. Holiday Inn Express offered $10 off the room rate, and free parking during our stay (something I was not expecting to have to pay anyway -- would have been an ADDITIONAL $30?!?!). We made the best of it, but won't be trying to book here again. It felt too much like a bait and switch.
