Very cute and well designed property, however after switching rooms due to broken lights, the new room having flickering lights, broken wifi/data services, terrible pillows, no hand towels(only 2 bath towels in the whole room), and blowers starting outside at 7:40am, it was not the restful and relaxing hotel experience we had hoped for... Neighbor hood is great, valet attendants very nice, and pretty design.

Disappointing.
The hotel is in a great location. They don't really seem to cater to the business traveler. The internet was dow most of the stay and the staff started getting snippy about it. The music at the pool starts at 8am and is really loud. The music at night is also very loud. Not a hotel to stay in if you are i Austin for work or would like some quiet first thing in the morning and you should brig your own internet so as not to inconvenience the front desk about when the hotel internet is out.

This property is in a great location. The property itself is interestingly laid out. (Though side note, if you have difficulty walking or getting around, it could be more difficult for some). But it falls short in a lot of different areas. The rooms are small and I inviting. Beds hard. The layout of some of the rooms is terrible, cramped and awkward. Shower and sink had no water pressure (yes, it had a rainfall shower head however the complete lack of water pressure had it dribbling out so if you have thick hair, rinsing out shampoo or conditioner will be difficult). No housekeeping but ironically, they leave chips on the counter for you to tip the housekeeping staff? We stayed here because it was convenient for our purposes this trip. However, I’m not sure about returning.
