Staff was awesome but room could've been cleaned a little bit more. Larger trash cans or an extra one & there were roaches in the bathroom and on the nightstand.

Great staff!!!

Posted Apr 28, 2017
The staff always make my stay a pleasant one everytime I visit. More housekeeping staff is needed so rooms could be cleaned a bit more (carpet, counter tops, floors) & had issue with roaches in the room.

ROACHES EVERYWHERE

Posted Apr 25, 2017
Cons: tear it down
the hotel smelled of hidden cigarette smells upon arrival. Once we entered the room I had a bad feeling and just was not comfortable staying there. as I was laying down on a bed with my 2 month old, I witnessed 3 baby roaches crawling on the wall into the headboard of the bed. I got up and called the front desk requesting a refund (which they gave me), and while leaving noticed some more roaches on the opposite side of the room.

Very sorry to hear that you weren't able to check in after 9pm. The office does close at 9pm Mon - Sat, but if the reservation was prepaid or had a valid ID on file we should not have any problem pre-checking you in. I will share this my team to make sure this does not happen again.

Unsafe and bad smelling rooms

Posted Apr 6, 2017
We rented two rooms. One had a very strong cigarette smell. The other room smelled like a rotten dead animal. The door lock in one of the rooms was broken, made it unsafe.

Terrible experience overall

Posted Apr 5, 2017
From the point we arrived at the hotel it was a disaster. Everything was closed at the front counter. There was a phone number to call and we called stating we were here to check-in (it was around 11pm). The staff member on the other side of the phone stated they closed the front office at 9pm and he could not check us in. I asked what were we supposed to do in that situation. He said contact Expedia for a refund. At this point, we looked back at the reservation from Expedia and it said check in was after 3pm but did not have a cut off time or that there would not be any staff. We then contacted Expedia and explained the situation and they contacted the same staff member and we were told to go back into the hotel that he had a room for us. The room that we recieved was awful and I have never stayed in such a terrible hotel. Yes I understand that the price is cheap but at least offer a clean run down room not a dirty one. We entered the room and used the restroom. The first problem in the restroom was that there wasn't a trash can in the whole room. The second problem was that there weren't any towels in the room besides two wash cloths. Then there was a big pile of trash and hair balls in one pile as if someone had swept part of the carpet bt did not pick up the trash. I found countless hair balls throughout the room. When I proceeded to the bed the edge of the bed rest had giant pierces of gum stuck to the side. We revised the bed for bed bugs and did not find any. Roaches

Another Pleasant Stay

Posted Apr 1, 2017
Pros: Loved the front desk crew, who was nice, friendly & professional. It was clean and it smelled good.
Cons: During my stay, there small roaches crawling out from underneath the phone on my night stand and in the corners of the bathroom. Pest control needed.
Location: HEB, Malls, Fast Food and Gas Stations.
I loved it with the exception of small roaches in the room could use pest control.

Cheap and not a "motel"

Posted Mar 17, 2017
This is a weekly, not a "motel" No ammenities at all such as shampoo or soap. We stayed here due to needing an inexpensive spot for a quick trip for a family emergency. Our own fault as this place does not offer any comfort.

Nice Quiet Stay

Posted Mar 7, 2017
Pros: The staff and quietness. My room smelled really good
Cons: Have an extra set of towels/washcloths, bathmat, tub, desk, countertops could've been cleaned a little bit more including carpets. More secured access
Location: There's a Jack In The Box, Wendy's, Great Hill Trail and Arboretum have restaurants, shopping, movie theatres, Lakeline Mall/Blvd, Target, Walmart.
I loved how I was able to book a room and given preference since I prepaid through Expedia; I wasn't turned away by the front desk which I know that can happen on occasion when hotels are overbooked although a person prepaid anyway. The front desk clerks took their time explaining hotel policies and procedures including outlining important phone numbers and other information. I loved the experience so much I stayed an additional night and the rate was very reasonable with the front desk clerk was very nice and patient; there were no hidden fees either unlike some hotels I've stayed in. My check out was smooth and efficient and once again the front desk clerk was very nice in processing my check out which was fast and easy. I've already booked additional reservations between this month and next month and looking forward to coming back and didn't want to leave.
