Quiet location, good value

So even with construction woes it was still quiet and clean. Breakfast not as good as other LA Quinta been to but still filled us up. Clean modern rooms. No shady guests lurking about. Felt very safe. Quiet location even though near bar and club. Would definitely stay again.

A.C. barely works

Night Managers were absolutely marvelous, HOWEVER wkend staff (daytime) were rude, unpleasant & unwilling to ensure our stay was comfortable. A.C. was horrid & so was the brkfst buffet.

Don't waste your money on this hotel

Pros: Not one thing.
Cons: The entire building.
Location: You can do some shopping to stores like target and Ross. I only spent a night, I did not have time to do much. I was in Downtown Austin.
This place is being renovated. There is a lot of work to be done. It is not a pleasant place to stay much less to spend money on it. DO NOT STAY HERE. I normally do provide any type of feedback but it would be in injustice not to alert someone. It smells, its humid, and I found a cockroach in the shower. It needs a lot of improvements!!!!! Good thing, I only needed to stay there for a day.

Remodeling, partially very nice

Being remodeled. New rooms and hallways. The rest was a construction area. Staff worked very hard to welcome and accommodate. Breakfast was pretty skimpy.

There was a little bit of construction going on so everything was just a little bit off, but the hotel was clean & nice. I definitely stay again!
