The property has a cool concept. Checking in and out was painless. However, the rooms have issues. The first room I had had a shower drain that was clogged and the shower filled to my ankles in 2 minutes. The first customer service rep, who identified herself as “V” was awful, aggressive and unhelpful. Everyone else was great and redeemed the experience. That being said, the 2nd room’s bathroom sink was clogged after 30s of running water. Not worth the rates.

I was very hesitant about staying in an apartment style property, however, this place was amazing! They made the check in process very simple, and were available by text or call 24/7. The room was extremely spacious and clean with all of the amenities you could want in a hotel. I 100% recommend this place.

The worst if you want a good service
They charged 20 USD additional for parking per day, when the hotels.com says it includes parking. hen when we called locale, they said that parking fee was on the email they sent, and we checked and it wasnt. You has to go to the apartments webpage and read like 3 pages to find a phrase that says "parking fee is...". But before that, they came like 10 minutes before the check out to get us out, we were leaving already but we were on our way and checking everything is fine to go, so it was almost like they were kicking us out. A lot of noise on the mornings and light too. Checking in process is the worst, they dont tello anything, you gotta be checking everything, and trying everything in order to get into the apartment. This is not a hotel, not suites, this is like an airbnb and hotels.com shouldnt have them as an option. Everything is selfservice...I rather prefer a chain hotel.
