Hotel wasn't quite what I expected, staff was friendly, but had no shuttle to take us to the event we were going to. The next morning the shower backed up and the drain in the bathroom floor backed up as well. There was water everywhere. A big mess! I asked for a reduction in my final bill, due to the inconvenience (didn't get to finish showering), all they would deduct is the parking fee, $26.00. Wasn't real happy about it.

Cons: Update the towels. They were a little scratchy.
Check in was a breeze and the staff very friendly. The room smelled terrific and the bed/pillows were very comfortable.

Centrally located hotel.

This hotel was not a four star hotel. The rooms are small and dingy and in dire need of remodeling. The bathrooms are small and dark and the walls are paper thin. The lobby and bar areas are more like a cafeteria. The service was excellent and the food was good. Drinks were very overpriced.

Pros: Staff was very attentive.
Cons: The mini fridge could be cleaned every now and then.
The hotel room was stuffy and humid. The mini fridge smelled TERRIBLE.

Omni downtown.

The hotel is perfect if you want to hang out in Downtown Austin. Its a couple of blocks from some really good blues and rock bars. Eating places all in walking distance or a really short Uber ride. The rooms are nice and the staff was helpful.

The hotel and room were clean. However, you could tell that the room I stayed in was old and need updated. (The walls, molding was coming off) Also there is no parking at the hotel unless you pay to park, and they did not tell me I had to pay to park. I just used my room key to get in and out of the parking tower. The day I checked out for me to get my car out of the tower they told me it was over $100 for only 4 nights!!

Nice hotel in a great spot and at a great rate. Had an issue with the elevator and did a poor job of communicating about it. Didn't impact our stay.
