A few (small) mistakes greatly impacted my stay

We had ordered a three-man room, but they had forgotten to do the sofa bed (which was really uncomfortable) for the third person when we first got there. After asking for bedding once, we only got a blanket. After asking again, we finally got the bedding that was needed, but we had to do the bed ourselves as they could not for some reason.
After the unfortunate start, everything proceeded on well. The room was clean and quiet, and it had everything we needed. The location was really, really good.
Then at our last night, someone delivered a bill to our room at three in the morning... The bill was for parking, but seeing we did not bring a car, we promptly complained. The staff apologised and let us know that we of course would not be charged, but upon check out the next morning, we quickly discovered that they had of course charged us anyway. Once again, we complained, and they refunded the amount charged - however, they did this in a worse exchange rate than I had paid, so I ended up losing money anyways; not a lot, but situations like this are still really annoying.
Our short stay was close to being perfect, but small (and honestly stupid) mistakes made us leave kind of annoyed. In other words: This is a perfectly fine hotel, but the experience could have been better.
