Great space in a great city!
I was quite surprised that I had to fill out additional documents. I was very surprised to have to pay for parking and that only one spot was allowed. The onboarding process was very stressful. I am very used to staying in hotels but this was very unfamiliar. There are extra rules that I did not expect like large fines for being loud after 9 pm and having alcohol in the room. These things were very strange and I kept feeling like there must be other rules that I was unaware of. I did not like having to give my credit card info to a 3rd party (the hotel) via Adobe Sign. I had close to a dozen emails before it was all said and done! That I had to pull off the road and fill out before I arrived. The parking pass situation was strange and stressful as well. Instructions to get into the building felt like I was in an Escape Room. The lack of instructions on parking made it so that I was trapped in the stairwell! That's right, TRAPPED. Luckily, someone was nearby in the parking garage and let me out. The space itself is great, but everything else was very stressful.
Pros: This space is conveniently located on South Lamar. It is a very spacious fully furnished two-bedroom apartment with a full kitchen and a great view.
Cons: One parking space should be included as well as clear instruction on how to get in and out of the garage.
Location: Plenty of local bars and restaurants. Only a few blocks from the heart of downtown.
