Worst Hotel Experience Ever!
One of the worst hotel experiences. The beds were very uncomfortable for everyone in the family. I slept on a sofa bed - it was a cheap, low-quality spring bed, probably several years old and never replaced. I'm still suffering from the back pain I picked up during the stay. I regret staying in this cheap hotel.

Front desk staff friendliness and helpfulness varied a lot on who was there. It seems like this hotel was more for long term stays than a standard hotel. A lot of the necessities in the room like toilet paper, sheets for the pull out, forks for the kitchen were missing. To get them required you to go get them yourself from the front desk. There is not extra staff to bring it to you.The pool was small and basic but it serves its purpose and the morning breakfast was provided which was also good and it is a hot breakfast. Not just cereals and a few boiled eggs. However, due to the lackluster customer service and the rooms missing the expected accoutrements, we will not stay here again.

Road Warrior Friendly
A very reasonably priced road warrior stop over. Clean room, well equipped kitchen, secure location, friendly staff, easy access to major freeway. This was my second time to stay there and would gladly stay there again.

Not the best!
The food was "Okay" service not so great. The have evenings drinks and food. No coke zero, asked three times to fill machine. Just a weird selection! Bed comfortable. Cleaning needs deep cleaning. Just found little things. Room was not what I selected online.

Overall the property is well maintained and clean. The staff was helpful and attentive. My only suggestions- keep the hand sanitizer machines filled and upgrade lamp outlets in the rooms to accommodate usb plugs.

Lovely place and Great staff
I was so happy to stay here! The staff were lovely and very friendly. I enjoyed the breakfast and my suite was nice and cozy. I would gladly stay here again.

Stayed 4 nights good service parking friendly staff they had trouble with the juice and coffee the machines where not all full or working properly As a first time visitor to Austin was good if you are going to University business is a little distant. the area is great

Family Winner!
Tried to book a room for 6 comfortably. Staybridge exceeded my expectations! One bedroom with King bed & bathroom, another bedroom with queen bed and bigger bath, and a livingroom with pullout sofa, plus a tv in each room (3 total)!?! Can't beat that! Loved the outdoor pool, fitness room, and complimentary breakfast also!

Extremely Satisfied for an Extended Stay
The room was exactly how you would expect an extended stay location to be. The full kitchen is a blessing for those nights you want to cook. Pots, pans, utensils, and a cold frig were included which made staying here so much better. The bed was on the hard side for me, but some people may love a firm bed. There's a decent sized dresser with 2 drawers to put clothes or what have you. The room is well lit with 2 night stand lights, the kitchen lighting, and a stand up light in the corner. Bathroom area had fresh towels and linens as expected. The place isn't 5 star, but you feel like theyve done their best to be 5 star. The only downfall of my experience was that their wifi was unstable and not very fast. Download speeds were about 5M with upload at about 1M. If youre streaming services, this might be enough, but if youre a gamer, like me, you need high speed. The game would dusconnect and cause issues while in raids making virtual life very difficult. BUT... the overall room and comfort are fantastic

I liked being able to get a room that was a 2 bedroom suite. The hotel was clean in general. The elevator was very slow so we started taking the stairs. The stairwell smelled very bad and had a lot of stains as if something had been dragged down the stairs leaking. In our room, the light on the microwave did not work. The light above the sink did not work. The pool was nice. The key readers on the pool gate and doors to get back into the hotel didn't work half the time. Our room had a sofa bed but no linens available for it. We had 5 people in our room and 4 bath towels. We requested more towels, bedding for the sofa bed and an additional blanket. We were told that they don't do turn down service on the weekend and would see if there was any towels or bedding available. We never heard anything back. The price was good. There is a lot to do around the location. We were there for 2 nights. Just ended up buying an air mattress instead of using the sofa bed. The room was clean. Wifi was free and good quality.

At night, there were at least 3 dogs barking. Staff did absolutely nothing about this. Shower curtains rod was hanging on by the loosest of crooked screws and tile was gross in bathroom. I do not recommend.

Staff were very friendly. Room was clean and beds comfortable. The breakfast was good. The rooms are a little older so they could've used a smart tv for streaming and usb ports, but not a deal breaker. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Reasonable daily cleaning policy. Weekdays = Y, Weekend = N. Breakfast is free and better than just basic. Parking and access was strange. No space in front, not even for check in parking. All parking was on side or rear of hotel, yet, no sidedoors, rear door locks mostly didn’t work with key cards with intentional lockout between 11:00-07:00. Forced walk around during the entire stay, yet front was very thinly staffed with no front desk attendant. Go figure.
