Carpets are dirty and smoking smell through out the hotel.

Vacation

We stayed two weeks. Check in took to long. The desk Clark want proof we pre paid on Expedia. I showed him my e-mail receive but he would except that. We had to call discover and have them tell him the hotel was paid. I was so mad. Garbage truck comes every three days at 3am so we were woken up each time.

No hospitality.

The hotel has a nice appearance, but they offer no amenities and no breakfast. You have to pay for everything at an extra cost. The room was never cleaned and we couldn't get in our room for at least about hour because the key didn't work and the staff wasn't available in the afternoon. The price is overrated for the service you get. The hotel staff is never available for fresh linen or toilet paper. Another tenant that was staying there said they're never at the front desk.

Ripoff - do not book there!

Pros: Nothing - beware of the fake low prices as they will not honor the reservation if they find a better offer later on.
I booked a 3 nights stay at this hotel via Expedia to attend the SXSW festival. After a long flight with my child, I was told upon arrival that although I had a proper confirmed reservation, they would not honor it as they decided to sell the room at a higher rate to someone else and were now full. They did not offer any alternative and left us looking for another accommodation on our own, which was a challenge due to the young age of my child, the lack of knowledge of the city and the lack of available rooms due to SXSW. Horrible experience, totally unacceptable business conduct, avoid at all costs!

Hotel did not live up to expectations

I did not feel that the accomodations were worth the price. I was there from the afternoon of the 17th of Jan until the morninf of the 7th of Feb and my sheets were changed once. I was disappointed that linens were to be changed every 2 weeks, they were changed on the 22nd and did not get changed the second week because I was only staying one more week. The Internet was down for everyone for the first week I was there and I was never able to connect to the Internet. I have bandages on one leg, as I had just gotten out of the hospital. So I was only wearing socks in the room. They were black at the end of each day which told me the carpet was filthy. They had a change in receptionist and the Corporate person who was flown in to man the front desk was cranky and rude. So my stay there was not a pleasant experience.
