No le doy 5 estrellas por qué el lavamanos y el baño se tapan, habitación #426. Aunque es un hotel antiguo está muy limpio.

muy bien hay correlación entre precio y calidad, los cuartos amplios y las areas comunes bastante bien. Solamente que una de las camas y almohadas esta húmeda

Excelente ubicación y Habitación muy limpia y espacioso, el Detalle es que no había agua caliente en días de 7 grados y no pudieron resolverlo :(

La habitación súper amplia, colchón súper cómodo, muchos contactos que está súper, muy planeada la barra de granito alrededor de la tele y cabía todo, muchos ganchos en pared, lo malo es que no hay restaurant y el bar bonito cerrado siempre. Debería haber room service.

El hotel esta bien y la ubicacion me gusto. El unico problema es que el desayuno es el mismo todos los dias y un dia esta bien pero cuando te quedas varios dias eso es fastidioso. Yo les recomiendobvariedad

Smells very moldy. There was mold in the bathroom. They have good food, but nothing is provided. Also advertised free shuttle, but it isnt available to use.

It sounds like they are working to update the property, but it still needs a lot of work. Hallway carpets were old and dirty. Our Air Conditioning didn’t seem to work very well, we couldn’t get the room cool. The bathroom was nice, the room small but adequate. Price was high for what we have seen on our trip. Staff was great! This property was disappointing for the price we paid

The room we were assigned in, 119, was in poor condition. Left side of the bed made creeking sound every time I move, cabinets were peeling, when you put the bathroom light on, one light keeps on blinking, the door lock was not properly placed, it made a loud noise every time you open the door. Called receptionist in the evening for maintenance guy to come, but nobody came, even in the following day.

My room was pretty clean. The downstairs was pretty clean for the most part. The hallways on the room floors were not great (carpets REALLY stained and not very clean). Elevators were so-so. The entire room and hotel needs some serious updating. It has definitely seen its share of use and seems to be in neglect at this point. The fact that it was mostly clean though, which was why I stayed. That along with the fact that the town was heavily booked when I went and I had my pug with me, which limits hotel stay opportunities. Shower had good water temp and pressure, which I definitely appreciated. The tv remote looked like someone ate a pizza and then used it - pretty gross. The bed was pretty comfortable. I appreciated having 4 pillows. The AC was horrible. It was one of the old wall units that is more like a swamp cooler and was insanely loud. I didn't realize just how loud it was until the power went out for a few hours. The staff at check in were all great - very nice. The waitress in the restaurant was horrible (I went twice because I forgot to just use door dash to get something better). She kept wiping her nose with her hand, running her hands through her hair and scratching her face, mopping the floors during closing time, and removing the cleaning pad without then washing her hands before handling silverware or people's food. Cleaning for the night's end while still serving customers, isn't the greatest idea IMO. Would I go back? Maybe if I had nowhere else to stay.

Room was relatively clean except for hair balls on the floor behind the bathroom door. Room was only provided with 2 towels for 3 people staying. Had to get more towels from staff each day. Shower spray was very strong. Very hard to get right so my family could shower. Wifi in the fitness room was sketchy so difficult to watch our phones while we worked out. Glad they were close to the airport and easy to get into downtown Austin.

The room was pretty spacious for a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom. I do like how we had a back door leading us to the pool/ gym/ outside area. I do have to say that was the BEST part of the room. Super friendly staff, who helped add on an extra night to our stay and they even made it easy on us by keeping the same room! We were not too far from food which was also a plus. Can I say, if you never tried P Terrys to me it was much better than In N Out!!!! Also… only downfall was being right in front of staff closets, when they get started for work, you can definitely hear them bright and early at 6am…….. for light sleepers it did kind of suck. Made the most of it.

Overall the property was acceptable. On the 2nd floor, many of the room doors are missing paint or otherwise need some updating. This is not a MAJOR deal, but it does make it look/feel in need of attention. The landscaping at the entrance of the hotel is in need of a lot of attention. High grass/ weeds....needs lawn maintenance. Curb appeal is important with many hotel guests, among other things.

It was a surprise that free breakfast available because it wasn't mentioned on Expedia. Hallway carpet smell really bad (I was on 2nd floor) but the room was clean since it's laminated flooring. There was a tray but no hand soap in the bathroom
