No heat in the dead of winter

Pros: Not much
Cons: Working Heat & cable in the rooms.
Location: Nothing is around, complete ghost town. Dinners in the area take over 2 hours to get.
We had a terrible experience with this hotel. No heat in rooms in January, freezing!!! Had to get a second room and now the cable tv didn't work. Won't stay at a Americas Best Value Inn ever again. Very disappointed.

Please allow me this opportunity to apologise for the inconvenience you experienced at our motel. I appreciate you taking the time to advise us of your dissatisfaction. There is never an excuse for providing a valued guest, such as you, with anything less than a perfect experience. Each room has it's own heating unit, during each shift change, our staff makes rounds to make sure the rooms are warm and welcoming. The heater malfunctioned after our daily rounds, once we were notified we immediately changed you to another room with a working heater and called maintenance to fix the situation. We have been in process of updating the internet throughout the motel. During your stay, the company was still fixing issues from the new cables they put in. Again we are very sorry about the inconveniences you experienced at our motel. Your valuable comments will be shared with my team as we continue to strive to improve our services. Thank you once more for your review and we do hope that we may welcome you again at our motel.

Swim Stay

The lobby and stairs need redone. First impressions were a little negative but the room was spacious and comfortable. Room was clean.

Very convenient hotel with a low fuss stay

Was a decent stay, desk clerks were phenomenal recommending a great garage when I had mechanical issues and easily adjusting my stay as needed to accommodate repairs. Housekeeping was a bit weird, very random. My first morning showing up at 9am. Very clean location but paperthin walls. Extremely convenient location! Pricing was a bit goofy & actual bill ended higher thanks rates I was given on trivago.com through hotels.com but still ended up being comparable.

JUST DON'T. Pay the extra money and stay somewhere else. Definitely not worth the $110.00 paid. Toilet backed up, everytime you sat down it felt like it was going to break, mold on shower curtain.

The staff was ver attentive and courteous

Pros: The service from the staff. Very friendly and courteous.
Cons: Facilities would gain a higher rating by upgrading.
Location: Not much is close by, but it is right off of the interstate freeway.

Just stayed for 2 days but the room was nice and very clean. The only complaint would be the breakfast bar did not have a great selection
