There was black mold on our hotel wall that caused my 8 month old son to become very sick. Needless to say we will never be staying that this hotel again.

Everything was old and painted very sloppy. Had to ask for towels. Floor was so dirty, when you came out of the shower, your feet were black within a few steps. Also, got a room for my daughter. Someone opened there door after 1am! They could hear someone scanning the locks and opening doors. After the guy opened it, he took off. We called the desk, no one was there. Then we called the emergency number given to us and we were told “ probably shouldn’t tell you this but a homeless guy got ahold of one of our master keys. Hey checks for empty rooms at night and sleeps and ohh he also removes the smoke detectors so he can smoke in the room” wth!? We stay at Catalina every couple months and will not ever stay there again. None of the rooms we and friends had, looked like the pictures. Super bummed

The front desk people were very nice and helpful. But you can tell upper management/owners do thing cheaply. Our toilet leaked (and we learned this wasn’t new) and the solution was to give us more towels to put on the bathroom floor, it also smelled bad, like mildew. Eventually they did move us, but the new room smelled SO strongly of fresh paint, we had to open all window and were so cold at night. And you can just tell things were cheaply remodeled, there was a crack in our floor. I have never left a review before, but this place was very disappointing!!!! We will never go back here.

The room wasn't what I expected. The room was very small and did not look like the pictures shown. Roaches in the light bulb and roach gel everywhere. Dust in the ceiling. Using the bathroom made me itch. Never again. I would like my money back.

Very bad
All bed sheets had stains, some of them were like old blood drops. It was disgusting. I booked a room with 2 beds, but the room was very small and the bathroom is tiny even the bathroom vanity is next to the bed not inside the bathroom, or in a separate area. The AC didn't work and they gave us a portable heater. there is no chair or sofa or dining table in this small room. It looks like a very cheap motel, but the price is not cheap. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone and won't book it again.
