This was by far the best hotel I stayed at during my time in France. Honestly the bar was low, since most other properties had plumbing issues, no 24 hour staff, and a host of other things that made this one stand out even more. Its just a nice, brand new, clean, and modern hotel with a good hot breakfast option, small but very well designed rooms. I will most definitely stay here again if my travels take me to Lille again.

Nice hotel. Rooms very clean and comfortable and modern. Paid for breakfast which was ok but bit expensive for what is was. Good parking and location from the tram

The hotel was in a good area. 15 min walk into centre. Tram 5 min walk. Room adequate.poor tea and coffee options in room. 1 normal teabag , 1 fruit teabag. Unfortunately when we stayed the chef was off sick. No dinner service for Friday, Saturday & Sunday. This was very disappointing as we booked hotel with restaurant service and I’m sure this is reflected in the price.

Great hotel on route to calais. Just outside of Lille (wow Lille is amazing). Great parking, room aircon was fab. Pet friendly. About a 15 min walk to the centre.

Its going to need a clean up post-Covid......
Overnight stop en route. Probably was a fairly good hotel at one point but its starting to come apart. Hooks pulling from walls, towel rails coming away, rust around shower tray base. Get the picture? Staff very friendly and trying their best amidst lockdown was its saving grace. Evening meal and breakfast really nothing to write and tell folk about under the Covid rules.......

Great location, near tramway and buses and easy walking distance to the city centre. Rooms very clean, atmosphere relaxed but businesslike. Food (and cocktails) were great. I travelled with a young child and an elderly person and the staff were very helpful. Many thanks!

Staff is exceptional!
I stay at Campanile very frequently and it is a consistently good experience every time. The staff is very friendly and goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is a good one. The room is always clean and comfortable.

Convenient, good hotel.
For a short getaway in Lille. Good location (2 tram stops from Lille center). Clean, convienient, very nic staff. Good rooms. Wifi could be a bit better (slow/breaks down)

Lille Stay
Excellent hotel very clean very comfortable and the staff were so helpful We used it as a base close to Eurostar station so didn’t explore Lille but as hotel was in a business area the local facilities were mainly for daytime use I would stay here again no problem

good for the one night
I chose this hotel as it had its own car park, only to find that you were charged for using it. No English speaking tv channel. Restaurant had a simple evening meal that basically consisted of steak, nothing else. I would have thought that a chain of hotels such as this would have been better. However the staff were good, nice and friendly and very helpful. Small pillows!!

From one to four nights in this hotel
I first booked one night stay at the Campanile Lille-Euralille. The deal offered by Hotels.com was very good. When I got there I was happy to see the new and modern buildings, including the hotel's, in the nearby. The service was outstanding. In the breakfast, when I told the lady croissants were missing, she brought me fresh and warm ones in a basket to my table! My 14-year daughter told me that there she had the most comfortable sofa-bed of our 21 days trip. To reach the Vieux Lille and downtown I had to walk about 20 minutes. Nice place to visit. Next, I was planning to visit other nearby cities such as Dunkirk, Brugge and Ghent, about 80 km away from Lille. Considering how much we enjoyed the hotel and the service, we decided to stay for 3 extra nights. It should be noted that, it offers easy to access the highways for our day trips. There was easy and free parking just in front of the hotel. I definitely recommend it.

Good location near restaurant.
Clean hotel with good sized rooms. Bathroom was a bit shabby door was hanging on one side off the hinge and the shower temperature was very inconsistent. We went out for dinner as there was not much too choose from in the hotel. However the staff were attentive and helpful and it was not far from town.

Stayed for a Saturday night whilst visiting the Christmas market. Hotel was warm and comfortable. Parked on road which apparently risked a ticket, but location great for Tram into the town centre. Room was great, food looked good ( but didn't eat in the hotel ).

Location isn't great without a car, & with much luggage it was a haul from the Gare. Bathroom had great lighting (finally!). The shower had no door by design & the spray was damaging the bathroom door (form over function, but not my problem).

Good neighborhood hotel
Room was small but very clean. No hand towels in bathroom, just a shower mat and bath towels. Dispensers for liquid soap at sink and in shower. Good wi-fi and A/C. Dinner buffet seemed overpriced; did not try breakfast for the same reason.
