Location: TERRIBLE LOCATION. UNBEARABLE TRAFFIC NOISE

After having car troubles, the staff was accommodating. We requested late checkout and had a restfully sleep.

Bathroom sink and tubs dirty. Towels ripped. Not enough towels. Ice bucket was dirty with no top available. First room we had smelled like cat litter. Second room was better but still needed air freshener

bad service, had to request room service, the sink backed up, the AC was either off or on, no adjusting setpoint, on busy highway where you have to be very careful entering a hotel, when a 18 wheel tractor trailer is breathing down your neck at 70 MPH

The first day the key doesnt work. After there trials front desk solve. Room cleaning at late hours. Breakfast Only corn flakes, coffee and juices.

From the moment we got there, it was all downhill. They supposedly upgraded us from a room with a fireplace to one with a Jacuzzi tub. This tub was half the room surrounded by mirrors which had 2 holes in it and hadn't been cleaned. There was only one light, the overhead. There were two end tables with no table lamps. There was a microwave that looked like it had 3 bullet holes in it. The furniture hadn't been moved in a while because you could see a dirt line underneath the chair and the dresser. We found a chicken bone under the bed. The air conditioner barely worked. There was only a chain lock on the door. The bathroom hadn't been cleaned. There was dirt and spider webs in each corner. They used tub inserts and each seam contained soap residue. As for the service, they made the bed twice in a week. Never changed the sheets. Changed the towels twice. Once after they cleaned they left our door open. We discovered this when we came home late one night. We complained at the front desk, but heard nothing. If asked about going back there, you couldn't pay us. In over 50 of staying in different places, this has to rate amongst the worse. I would download pictures but your system is not allowing me to.
