An excellent hotel which we highly recommend.

The good: The staff were extremely helpful and efficient. The (superior) room was well furnished, the bed large and comfortable and there were a super coffee machine, a mini bar and safe deposit box and very efficient A/C. The bathroom was well presented and there was always plenty of hot water and apart from a blocked sink which they fixed within minutes it was excellent. The daily maid service ensured the room was very clean and always well presented when we came back to it. The bar area was of a high standard and there was a PC and printer available in the business room for free. The things that could be better: WiFi in the room was free for 1 hour per day but cost Euro 10 for 24 hours. This is 2016 and this should be free at all times. The satellite TV reception was poor and almost unwatchable at times. The air conditioning units in front of the hotel make a large noise. However overall we really felt at home here and would certainly come back again.

A bit off the thick hustle and bustle. So a nice repreive from the tourist scene! The Metro stop is so near and that gets you places!

Nice, but rooms were way to small.

We stayed in this hotel twice when recently traveling through Portugal. The location is excellent just off the Avenida da Libertad in the heart of Lisbon. The first time we had a standard room and it was as small as any cruise cabin. So much so that we had to hop over our luggage to move around the room. Way too small for more than a nights stay. The second time we upgraded to a superior room which was only slightly larger. The lobby lounge and breakfast rooms are in dire need of renovation. Dirt, peeling wallpaper, lobby furniture were all well past need of refreshing. The rooms were clean, quiet and the AC worked well, but given a choice would stay elsewhere next time in Lisbon.

Not 4 star, bathroom dirty hair everywhere, no free water tea or coffee or wifi and for the price you would expect at least one. Pool is next door and is small, bar is nice but service is excruciating slow wouldn't recommend

This was a greatly located hotel in the center of town With all the amenities. Hotel staff was very friendly! Was a great hotel for the price .

Lovely hotel.

Pros: Everything but the breakfast
Cons: Add more savoury items (cheese, ham etc) to breakfast buffet. Teach someone how to cook English breakfast
Location: Central to all the sights. Lovely churches etc within easy walking distance
Excellent central position. Staff friendly and efficient. Cleanliness exemplary. however, the breakfast choice was very limited and the hot breakfast not well cooked.
