No Balcony and no swimming pool

The location is amazing, staff has been very helpful. The room is comfortable, and the a/c works on full power. The breakfast is nice. However, it should be amended that not all room has balcony (we were given a room without balcony, which is very disappointing) and there is no sign of swimming pool (which are the two main reasons of booking this hotel)

Excellent staff

Nice clean hotel in a very central area, with excellent staff. The rooms are spacious but mine didn't have a fridge. Breakfast was average and was a step above regular continental fare. There is no gym in the hotel, but guests can avail of an excellent facility nearby free of charge.

Check in excellent ' room clean . All staff very helpful. I would recommend this hotel for any stay in Lisbon

Pros: location
Cons: Staff attitude
Location: access to the main highway for taxi, metro, walking to restaurants & shopping
We've enjoyed staying at other locations in Lisbon where the staff was friendly and made us feel welcome.

Transfer to airport

Wasn't impressed. It's a 4* and could have been better to match the name of the Tivoli brand. Disappointed.

Nice hotel

Great place. Fairly central, rooms clean. We had a balcony that faced the car park which could be better but otherwise great. Very friendly staff. The pool is a 30 second walk from both hotels. It gets full very quickly! Wifi is free if you become a member. If only you got fed it would be perfect.. But i guess you cant have everything. The rooftop bar in the sister hotel is great fun. What else can i say? Annoying this site makes you write 50 words...

We have stayed at the Jardim before. It's handily placed for walking into town and the Port. Staff are very helpfull and efficient.

Good hotel

Location: Would definitely recommend eating at the Time Out Market in the town, food is brilliant and cheap.
Enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It is in a good location for reaching the centre of town although quite hilly in places. The room was large and beds comfortable and had a balcony which was very pleasant to sit out on but not much of a view. The swimming pool was fairly small but adequate, occasionally getting crowded. The hotel staff are pleasant and efficient. We had a few small problems with housekeeping not replacing coffee and milk and also took away dirty glasses but didn't replace them. The hotel charges for coffee and water in the room which I feel should be part of the room price as in most other hotels. Overall would stay again.
