Pros: Modern, clean, comfortable, no hassle stay
Friendly and welcoming reception staff Comfortable room Pleasant location - central and near shopping and transport but in a quiet spot Late check out on Sunday (til 5pm) welcomed

Great hotel in great neighborhood

Pros: The location is perfect!
Location: Great bakeries, cafés and restaurants a few steps away. Close to metro and trams . Ixelles, st-Gills 10 minute walk
I had a wonderful stay , it was nice to come back to a comfortable clean room at the end of a day of sightseeing.

Mostly Good, but Noisy

Pros: *Great, friendly staff *Spacious rooms and bathrooms *Soaking tub *Well-located near several restaurants *Good breakfast (including eggs & breakfast meats for those of us who consider these things breakfast foods) Cons: *The soundproofing could be improved - I woke up every time a door closed in the hall AND when car doors were shut on the street (1st floor) until I put earplugs in. You can hear people talking outside through the closed window. *The rooms are starting to show some signs of wear (see photo of wall) with cracked bathroom tiles, etc. The overall appearance is still very nice though. *The free WiFi was fine on my smartphone, but I had trouble opening a basic Excel file via DropBox (this was a simple file for personal use, not a massive business file). You can pay for premium access though. In short, I enjoyed my stay here and I would stay again, but not on the lower floors due to the amount of road noise that can be heard.

I was very pleased with this hotel - spacious room, well equipped. The hotel staff was very helpful and professional and the location was ideal for me (close to Louise).

Very handy for metro and shopping around Louiza

Pros: Close to transport connections and shopping
Cons: Checkout should be streamlined to cope with the rush between 8-9am.

Pros: Clean and comfortable, good and convenient location.
Location: Good location near shops, bars and restaurants, and good public transport to the rest of the city.
As always, my stay at NH Stephanie was perfect. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for my short business trip.

Good staff, generic hotel

Cons: Wifi
Location: It's a short 15-20 minute walk to most anything, including some sights and entertainment in south and west.
Pros Helpful and friendly staff who also printed a couple documents for me. Comfortable bed. Good location. Apparently small dog friendly. Fairly spacious room for a big city. Just above average value. Cons Had to move rooms due to faulty shower. Wifi is below acceptable, they try to upswell you on proper internet speed. Friend on 3rd floor had noise issues from neighbours, mine was fine. Not a lot of character if that is what you're looking for.

Great place to stay

Pros: The beds/ pillows
Cons: The layout of breakfast. Coffee/ breads etc colocated meant a traffic jam.
Location: Metro Louise is very close making it easy to get around.
Very clean and comfortable hotel close to Louise Metro station. Our room on 5th floor was quiet and was well appointed. The beds were very comfy and had great pillows. Breakfast had everything you would want. Overall would recommend.

Stay at the NH Stephanie in Brussels

Great room - very spacious and well equipped. Had a seating area, decent wardrobe and neat bathroom. Bedding could have been slightly more comfy but overall quite fine. Ironing facilities provided on demand and the staff was very obliging. Only small downfall was a lower WiFi signal from the room I was in and thus a little slow.
