Nice staff. Decently well located.

All was good at the beginning, but there was no hot water and the air con was leaking water. Comfy huge bed. Ok overall, but not sure I'd recommend.

Great Place

Pros: see the above comments
Cons: The mattress on our bed was too soft-so it was not as comfortable as we felt it should have been.
Location: We went to museums and restaurants.
The staff and graphics were wonderful, we were given great directions to get around town. When we asked for restaurant recommendations we were given great suggestions and directions.

It is a nice hotel near a nice area of Brussels We did have an issue with ants in our room, and the shower is tiny I spent 40 years in the graphic arts so I appreciated the whole Pantone theme

Location is ok but rooms are very small.

Everything was nice but a bit tired and tatty. In need of a refresh. The rooms are fine but on the small side. Staff were mainly good /great but I was slightly baffled by the girl who just seemed to sit there all day every day checking her phone. I'm not even sure if she worked there but she was behind in the staff area. Lack of fridge in the room a downside but ice was available. Towels are (as always) tiny!! Room was however very clean, and the downstairs area was a lot nicer/newer feeling than the rooms/corridors. Doors/walls very thin. Beware of those returning late at night waking you up!
