Nice hotel close to downtown

Nice and clean hotel. Good bar. Friendly staff and nice sized rooms. Didn’t like that the king beds are two twin beds put together - not comfortable. Everything else was great! Would recommend and would stay here again.

My only critiques: 1) breakfast is very overpriced; 2) they need to fix the room key card system as the cards become easily demagnetized (we had to request new cards multiple times).

Even though we have arrived after the time the room was supposed to be ready for check-in it was not. This was particularly troublesome for a short stay with things scheduled for that evening. Had to change clothes in the bathroom of the hall ... seriously bad. The hotel is very good but this type of issue is not tolerable in this type of hotel.

the best hotel in Brussels, great location,

Pros: everything, but the service is excellent, never seen in USA
Cons: may be the food is a little too expensive for the average guest, but is superb
Location: The best locations in Brussels, shopping in the main street with every boutique you desire, restaurants all over, great public transportation and easy
This is the best hotel in Brussels hands down,. great location close to the best shopping in town, lots of restaurants and lots of public transportation, the staff is nice and helpful, the lobby is about t e best I have seen in Europe. Great and the price is half of worse hotels in Brussels, like the big name American names. Well the American hotels have lots to learn.

Very nice hotel, stylishly furnished, comfortable sleep and excellent location, plenty of local restaurants and close to all public transport links.

The Place to Stay!!

Pros: Large rooms, clean, polite staff, comfortable beds and the nice location.
Cons: Nothing
Location: We walked everywhere from the Thon Hotel Bristol Stephanie, the location was perfect.
Wow, after staying in hotels in England, Paris, we found the best hotel to stay at during our vacation. We were extremely satisfied and pleased to find this hotel. The rooms were very large and very comfortable. We recommend this hotel to anyone who is in Belgium!!! When we come back to Brussels, we are definitely staying at the Thon Hotel Bristol Stephanie for sure! Thank you! Happy Customer
