“We had a great week! Very quiet & peaceful location on the sound all while being very close to the beach, grocery stores and restaurants. Plenty of room for extended family to have their own space, all while having great common areas to spend time together. The book and game library in the living room provide plenty of things to do inside if the weather isn't great, or if you just need to get out of the sun. Owner was very attentive and helpful and provided all the information we needed to get……

“Booked last minute for a Fall getaway. The Condo was great and extremely clean and comfortable. The view from the Balcony was beautiful and so great to be close to grocery store. Avon is our favorite area of the Southern Outer Banks. Mike was very communicative due to weather conditions the beginning of the week which could have affected our stay but luckily didn’t.”

“We had a great time! The house is very spacious and comfortable, and more attractive than the pictures. The weather wasn't cooperating the first couple of days and so highway 12 was blocked the first couple of days, but the host Donika and VRBO were accommodating and helped us find alternate places to stay, and we were able to make it work and had a great time. Would recommend!”
