Weekend breakfast has a three or four hour window, but it seems no staffer is assigned to replenishing items that run out. The worst was finding no coffee two mornings in a row.

We always love the super comfortable bed and pillows. It'll why we stay at Comfort Inns. We only had a lamp on one side of the bed; make it hard for reading in bed. We ate breakfast right at 6this morning. The sausage and eggs were lukewarm. That makes me nervous about food quality.

Every single staff member was exceptional! We ended up staying longer than planned and everyone was always friendly and helpful! Unfortunately I lost their names, but they all deserve raises!

Very clean. Staff was polite and friendly. Room recently refurbished. Rooms very minimal, windows did not open but satisfactory. Breakfast was exceptionally minimal but served its purpose.

We always like the beds and pillows. O ne of the main reasons we seek out Comfort Inns. The clerk at the desk must have been newer. Was unsure as he checked us in. No problems though. There was a dirty washcloth laying by our room door yesterday. Still there this morning:(

This was not worth the higher price, compared to others. The non smoking room had had plenty of previous smokers in it and everything stunk. The breakfast was average at best.

Tyler (I think was his name) behind the desk was super friendly and was very helpful. Our TV did not work which would have been great to have to unwind after a 12 hour day at the race track, and there was NO hot water in the shower but had hot water in bathroom sink. The elevator was a little scary making popping noises on way up and way down. Would be nice for a free night stay at a different location of our choice or a refund of half the room rate.

Very clean, large room, comfortable bed, friendly staff. Plenty of options for breakfast. Convenient to lots of restaurants and shopping in a nice area. Will stay here again if ever back in that area!

From check in to check out the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was great and I hope to stay there again during next years magicians convention.

Good place with minimal service
This is a basic hotel with good hot breakfast buffet and clean rooms with mini fridge, microwave and coffeemaker. Key card problems twice required inconvenient trips to front desk for redos to get back into room. Housekeeping only done on request and only includes fresh towels, extra shampoo & soap, and emptied trash cans; not freshly made bed. Friendly staff at front desk but never saw or heard any housekeeping staff.

The only downsides to this building was that the pool was currently closed and the elevator was creaky and felt a bit scary for my partner.

In need of some tweeking
The front desk staff were drastically different. On the day of arrival, the employee was unenthusiastic about life, which was evident by his behavior, mannerisms, and physical appearance, which included a shirt with multiple stains. The staff on duty the following morning was cheerful, helpful, and happy to bring us a toothbrush. As for the room, the phone was visibly dirty, one of the two keys was inoperable, sending us back down to the desk, and the remote control was in need of batteries when we turned it on the tv, sending us back down for a second time. The hotel could use an upgrade overall, most especially with the elevator. Overall, it was okay for the price, since it was a last minute booking and on a weekend, but I would have chosen a different location if the timing and finances would have allowed. This place has potential with a few tweeks here and there!
