Bed was very comfortable bathroom was spacious for sure shampoo, conditioner & body wash was provided breakfast was good we didnt have much time we had a gymnastics meet to attend... afternoons desk clerk was just perfect to us... enjoyed our stay will stay again when were in the area!!!

Quiet, Comfy, not so clean :(
PROS: Staff was very friendly. Room was quiet and bed was comfortable. There were crumbs on one the night stands. Also mold/mildew under the edge of the sink and in the shower so house keeping may need to do some extra scrubbing in that room. It was our first time staying in your hotel. I do believe the pros outweighed the cons and we would book again. Hopefully maybe finding a clearer room.

The room, particularly the bathroom was dirty. The shower had mold and was dirty. The walls in the barhroom were filthy. The breakfast was not very desirable. Very unusual experience for me at a Marriott.

Comfortable Family stay
2 night stay visiting family in the area. The pool was small, but warm and clean towels were readily available. My group of 2 adults and 2 teens felt safe and comfortable both inside and outside the hotel. There was an issue with the elevator, which was sorted within a few hours. The breakfast server/preparer was friendly and went above and beyond to make sure all guests (even the late-comers) had fresh, hot coffee and something to eat. The lobby and hallways were clean; the luggage trolleys worked well and were readily available. The counter persons were courteous and went out of their way to help us find a nearby pizza place that delivered. Would certainly stay here again.

Rooms are nice. Staff is very good when you need something. Quite. Relaxing. Nice to have breakfast on the hotel and they supply coffee , tea, and ice water all day and evenings. I will recommend this hotel.

We stayed there for one night and when we came in the room it smelled like mildew. The staff is amazing and friendly. The breakfast was awesome! The man doing the breakfast is incredible and so nice. They just need to make sure the smell goes away. That’s the only downer about the stay.

We very much enjoyed the hotel - from check-in to check-out everything went smoothly. The staff was very friendly, even going out of their way to return an item we had lost in the parking lot! Breakfast was wonderful! Good food and friendly service. The rooms were clean. So, why did I give it 4 stars on condition? I would have preferred daily cleaning service - but that was only a minor inconvenience. We had a wonderful stay from beginning to end.

An hotel that provide no cleaning service, towel changes every day for customers staying longer than one day, will have problems at some point.

Great place to stay for a night near Cleveland. We were passing through and had tickets to a Guardians game. It was only about 25 minutes to the stadium. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Room was clean and the breakfast was quite good.

Front desk staff was friendly. Overall facilities were nice, but I did find a toe nail in my bed on the first night. I mentioned this situation to the front desk staff member. We stayed two nights and used Expedia for our reservation. The waste baskets were not emptied after the first night nor were towels/washcloths replaced.

Nice stay at Fairfield
The room was comfortable as well as the beds. The thermostat fell off the wall when adjusting it. Small cleaning and wd40 on the closet’s horrible squeak would have made this room top notch. Staff was very kind and helpful!
