The room I was in was a wheel chair room. No advanced warning. Problems with the low showerhead.
My Mom and Dad had no TV, and they couldn't fix it, plus the room was a sauna initially and it took a while to cool down.
At breakfast the next morning, there was not enough food, and no coffee due to lack of staff to manage the problems

I'm so sorry you experienced those things when you stayed with us! I personally would've been pretty frustrated. I want you to know that we have made a lot of changes, including changes to the HVAC systems, the TVs, the breakfast, and massive changes to our service team. I just took over, and I hope we can have another opportunity for a 5 star experience.
