“Nice condo for 2. Love the balcony. An excellent location for visiting downtown attractions. We walked to the Coke museum and the GA Aquarium. There are several other attractions within walking distance along with food establishments too. Easy access to 75 and 85.”

“Russell is beyond wonderful! Such a great HOST!! I WILL DEFINITELY BOOK HIM AGAIN! Parking should definitely be added to the price to ease the headache but other than that our stay was wonderful! We were walking distance to anywhere we wanted to go. Bed was comfy and we loved that he left us such a great care package! Thank you for such a great place to stay! Home away from home!”

“Property is very clean. Has one bedroom with a king bed, very spacious. The living room has 2 pull out couches. We did not use these. King bed was very comfortable. Bathroom is small but is completely fine with plenty of hot water and good size shower only. We followed the check in directions and had no issues getting in.Other reviews about this area will complain about homeless, but let's be real. This is downtown Atlanta. This is everywhere and truly leave them alone and you have no issues. I……

“We had a great, but quick, visit in Atlanta and this was great for our overnight stay. The location was perfect and really made it an easy trip. Everything felt safe and secure with access to the building and the concierge on site. The building is obviously old and the door to the apartment, screens on the balcony and handles on closet doors need some attention but mostly cosmetic. Communication with host was great.”

The condo itself has a clean and pretty interior. There's a washer/dryer and a whole kitchen with a coffee bar.
