Expedia never ever again. I made this reservation for a meeting February. Then spent the next several months with my mother in decline and her death. I decided not to go to the meeting but forgot I’d made a reservation. Not one single reminder from Expedia u til I got a “how was your check-in experience” from Expedia. I couldn’t cancel as the 24 hour before check-in cancellation deadline had passed. Hotel is bound by Expedia rules and Expedia never even responded to my message to them. Don’t use Expedia ever. I can’t tell you about the hotel as I didn’t stay there.

オールインクルーシブで予約。 チェックインしてから夜まで時間帯で変わるフリードリンクやおつまみを好きなだけ楽しめ、ブュッフェ会場も綺麗な上、バラエティ豊かで飽きずに時間いっぱい楽しめて最高でした♪ 外ではバスケやバトミントンも出来るし、卓球も予約すれば50分間楽しめるのも良かった。 お部屋の鍵が壊れてて、カードキーの意味がなかった時に建物自体の古さは感じたが、部屋が和室なので、家族4人で1部屋に泊まれるのは良かった 。その他は綺麗にリノベーションされてたしサービスもよくトータルは大満足でした！

お土産のお店の営業時間が16時30分〜21時までで、お風呂上がりのアイスが購入できなかったため、翌日出発前にお土産と一緒に購入しようと思ったら、営業していなかった。 帰る前のお土産購入もできなかったので残念でした。 お土産はチェックアウトの前日に購入おすすめです。 チェックアウトの時、混雑で30分くらい並んだ上、アメックスのカードが機械のトラブルで使えなかったにも関わらずフロントの方の対応が無愛想で非常に残念でした。
