“I booked a private room and it was beautiful and very clean. It was my first time staying in a hostel, and the experience was even better than I expected. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. It does get a bit noisy because of the bar next door, but it wasn’t enough to bother me, was like white noise, almost soothing. "The worst part was, they saw we weren’t locals, and since we wanted to check in early, they said we’d have to take a room without a bathtub. I told them, “My room includes a bathtub, doesn’t it? Or are you going to give me a refund then?” Only then did they say they’d check if there was one ready. And later, they even gave me fewer amenities just because I checked in alone — they only gave one bottle of water instead of two, and even took away one of the room key cards."
