“1. Staffs are not professionally dress nor presentable to quest. Can't even speak English.
2. The food and room service needed much improvement. Even though the service is not upto the point I tip them generously.
3. No hot water at all in the shower. It was difficult to shower early morning to catch the early morning flight
4. Drop-off to Guwahati Airport ONLY 400 meters cost Rs. 350.00. It is expensive, but I generously tips both the loader and the driver.

“The staff starting with the front desk, the kitchen staff, hospitality services, cleaning staff , the folks outside assisting with embarking/disembarking were all magnificent and treated me like royalty! Different folks were alternating between day and night shifts but kept up their enthusiasm and professionalism. Overall a magnificent experience!!
