Room was very dirty and holes in wall ! They also required a 50$ cash deposit that wasn’t listed on Expedia ! You do not want to stay here that’s for sure

Upon checking, Pulled the covers back on the bed and 3 roaches starting running around. Told the front desk and refused to refund me my money.

In the office, the people greet you with so much respect and very nice to their customers but the conditions to the hotel were horrible. The door didn’t seem to fit and have massive open gaps that bugs can craw underneath or on the sides of the door. The secondary lock didn’t seem to work and and was easily able to open it so the main lock was our only sense of security. The room was damaged from all the walls, paint was peeling off, stab marks on the wall and there were bugs inside the room.

My room had been tagged with marker on the headboard on the lampshade and on the nightstand. There was a homeless person sleeping in the stairwell one night. My towels would always have hairballs on them. I’m bald, it wasn’t mine. The microwave in the room had been chalked and duck-taped to hold it together. There was a large crack and hole in the ceiling. I was out all day on business in Azusa but when I got back my a/c unit was always turned off so it was about 85 degrees out in the room. I will not stay here again.

The room was summer clean and decent for floor is very dirty and you'll see it on your socks the bathroom was disgusting there is black mold all around the bathtub around the toilet they do nothing to get rid of the black mold be very careful you'll get very sick black moles and all the bathrooms have stayed there many times and every time I have to bring tilex with bleach try to get rid of the black mold in the bathtub it's sick and then I'm having just for the money that they charge it's not worth to stay if you do stay getting ready to get sick I would not recommend this hotel

Property is filthy and rundown and very noisy. Night clerk checked a second person into my room WHO OPENED MY DOIR. Clerk then argued with me that it couldn’t happen! Phone line in room was dead. This place is a nightmare waiting to happen!

The night we checked in we had to be buzzed in…when we got in the office we could barely breathe because there was an overwhelming scent of cat urine. I was very thrilled that when we got to our room it did not have a bad odor. The following morning I went back to the office for towels and the scent was completely gone.

The motel rooms were clean the hotel staff was courteous it's just the area the motel is in is a little iffy but the overall stay was fine especially for the price microwave coffee maker
