Underwhelming. The property is old and quite dated. Rooms are somewhat smelly, furniture is from another century. The pool is tiny and crowded with children. The surrounding town and area are downtrodden and bizarre. The staff is friendly but that’s about all I can compliment this hotel for. The prices are not cheap enough and considering the old age of the property and lack of air conditioning in the main areas I would not return to this hotel. Look for something else if you can. I don’t recommend.

It’s out of town an nice peaceful setting. Breakfast was amazing to start the day with lots of energy. Travel with 2 adult children and loved the 3 person room.

We liked the hotel, also the staff both at check in and breakfast was nice and friendly. What I found very unpleasant is that the hotel offers VIP access promoting free upgrade if available. The hotel was pretty empty, but upgrade wasn't offered upon check in. The room we have booked didn't have a bathtub and since we drove over 1000km that day I was really looking forward to take a bath so we went to the reception to ask about the upgrade option that was advertised. Receptionist told us we have received the room we have booked and clearly wasn't aware of this "VIP" upgrade option. In the end after explaining that it was a long day etc., she has upgraded us for free, but it's not nice having to haggle like this. The hotel should not offer this perk if they don't mean to provide it. This would totally put me off staying there again. Unfortunately.

We just left after the covid with new staff and sometimes something can slip away. We are confident that you will understand the situation. As for the VIP program, we can't see your booking as your review is anonymous. Our benefits include, if the customer requests them. a discount for the airport shuttle and the possibility of a late check out. The room upgrade is reserved for Gold VIPs only. We do not establish these categories of customers but the portal from which you have booked. the upgrade is then given when the customer requests it. Did you check what your upgrade was about? However, our colleagues have granted your request. The hotel followed the correct procedure. We are always very willing to please our guests and we are always very sorry when we receive unfair negative criticisms. Second Visit to this great hotel
Second visit to this wonderful hotel just south of Verona. It’s is ideally placed for a trip to Verona or up to Lake Garda and surrounds. The rooms are very clean and spacious, the pool is good and dinner in the restaurant was excellent. The area is quiet and there is good free parking. If you get the chance, walk round the corner to Pizzeria Bel Sito, amazing food and really well priced.

Business hotel close to Verona
Very relaxed and comfortable hotel with friendly staff and a great restaurant. The food and service in the restaurant was second to none. The pool facilities werw also very good, clean and well maintained. Would definitely stay here again

I liked the location and the cleanliness. I found the staff cold and indifferent especially after a whole 9 nights there. Room was noisy due to a water tank in ceiling and bed was a bit hard. Breakfast was really good but the evening restaurant was over-formal with sub-standard food. Better options are available locally.

Excellent value for money
We were visiting Verona for a couple of days. This hotel is about 6 miles outside Verona in the countryside which means you need to have a car to reach it. However, it was an easy 12 minute drive to the centre of Verona which suited us. This Villa has been beautifully renovated and modernised (eg excellent air/con and brilliant shower) whilst retaining lots of its original charm and quirky features. We loved it!! It's definitely not for folk who like standardised modern hotels (though nothing wrong with that) but for those who like something a little bit different. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was the usual delicious hot and cold buffet - plenty of choice. The staff were very friendly and helpful! The hotel is easily reached from the airport and set in a small village, so as long as you have a car there's no problem. Finally the pool (which is indoor but has a wall of doors which open out onto a lovely terrace was just great! We would definitely return to this hotel when we next visit Verona.

Noisy neighbours!
Very nice hotel about 6 miles from central Verona. The staff are friendly and welcoming and the hotel is in good condition. Great quiet pool. The walls between the rooms are very thin, you can hear everything!

Excellent staff, beautiful spa, delicious breakfast, comfortable room. The hotel is conveniently located just 15 mins drive from the airport, 25 mins from Verona and 30 mins from lake garda. Recommend you hire a car to explore as the local area to the hotel is limited to a few local bars, cafes and restaurants.

The reservation was for two adults. When booking the reservation, my husband apparently accidentally did not mark two adults for the reservation. It was very late when we checked in and we didn't realize the error until checking in. The gentleman at the desk made a huge ordeal about it, insisted we must be charged and move rooms as well (even though we booked a double bed). We were very tired, we'd been driving for hours to get there and it was 1:30 in the morning and we were leaving Italy within hours of checking in. We tried explaining to this man that we had simply made an error when reserving the room, but he apparently cannot fathom that anyone would make this error. This lengthened our check-in, made it very stressful and left us with an extremely bad impression of the hotel. However, the room was gorgeous and clean and the breakfast was one of the best I've ever had at a hotel ( and I'm a very frequent traveler).

The hotel was very dated and the day we got there was a public holiday so the hotel seemed a bit eerily quiet. The service provided by each person other than one male receptionist was excellent - really friendly and professional. That particular person came across as a bit rude and uninterested. He was the one who checked us out and didn’t even bother to ask how our stay was. The room, as mentioned before, is fairly dated but a very good size. Unfortunately, my husband and daughter got bitten by something whilst in bed on different nights so we are hoping they were mosquitoes! The breakfast selection was very good however more can be done with lunch and dinner. Your only choice is either bar food which consists of a melon salad, toastie and cheese and tomato pizza or the very expensive option of the restaurant. The food was delicious, however, be careful of the amberjack fish which gave me food poisoning. The pool was very nice and I liked the open indoor idea. The location is just outside Verona so really good easy to get in by car. The actual town has nothing going on though so it’s a bit dead. Overall an ok hotel but I won’t be rushing to go back there I’m afraid.

Great small hotel
Very nice small hotel in vicinity of Verona, only 15 min drive. Good amenities, great food and vine for a decent price. Free large parking, nice pool and bar. Only complain would be not so good sound isolation of the rooms. You can hear your neighbors, at least on the second floor under the roof. All in all great place to stay.

Awesome pool and breakfast!
The hotel was very, very nice. My son and I were there November 23-35. It seems to be more of a business hotel. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean and looked newly refurbished. Parking was free and available. There were a lot different foods to eat during breakfast. And the pool was warm and wonderful. The only full-service restaurant available in town was at the hotel. Other than a kebab/pizza take-out restaurant, there are no other places to eat in town. We ate dinner at the hotel restaurant each night and it was delicious. Also we took the public bus into Verona (Bus 52); very easy. The hotel receptionist provided us the bus schedule. It was a great stay at this hotel.

Hotel is well maintained with clean rooms. Service is good, both at the reception and the restaurant. Breakfast is just ok, dinner - a lot better. Good service from the staff (Eugenia is one to note for excellent help with many matters). Language may be an issue outside reception - only Italian and - sic! - Russian is spoken by staff. Location is very poor, and you absolutely need a car to get around. We have not made use of a swimming pool but that looked nice.

Hotel was very nice but lacked any facilities near by. Hotel has a nice restaurant but we only required a simple meal and struggled to find something close by. Not too far from airport but would choose to stay elsewhere next time.

Very good value, just a bit out of Verona
The hotel is a very nice villa with a great pool for cooling off, excellent breakfast buffet, nice restaurant for dinner, and very nice rooms. The only catch is that the hotel is 6 km out of Verona in a small town. The town is fun, but not much to do. You need a car to move around. But if you want a great price/value ratio, this is a very good option. And Verona is a wonderful city!

Very nice building in old Italian style, pleasant yard, pool & sauna included in price - these are "pros". One big "contra" - you need to pay for Internet 3 EUR / hour extra. Also, we ordered a "quadruple room" for 4 persons (215 EUR - night), and our room was less than 15 sqm. Overall: mostly OK, but a little bit expensive for the value it provides in fact.

This hotel is way out of verona city with no way to get there via public transportation. If you want to see verona without paying 25 euro each way, stay somewhere else. Not worth it!

True four star hotel. Located in a village outside Verona with relatively easy access to highways. Great value through expedia. Great room. Fine italian cuisine (needed as there are no restaurants around). Typical good breakfast buffet. Neighborhood is an Italian village (not of the charming type). But it feels safe and it works for tourists that need somewhere to come back at night.
