チェックインの際にオーバーブッキングしていました。いつ予約を入れたかと詰め寄られ｢昨日と答えると、昨日の時点でコンピューターの問題で予約をストップできなかった。今日はダナンはとても大きなお祭りがありその値段ではとまれないのにと、まるで私たちに落ち度があるようなものの言い方でした。1時間半も待たされた上、口論の挙句チェックインは14時からだけど今10時に部屋を用意するからあと＄10払ったら部屋を用意するといわれしぶしぶ了承。一切の謝りの言葉もなく、非常に不愉快な思いをしました。 部屋に入ると、二人にもかかわらず、タオルも1セットもう一つ持ってきてもらうようにお願いしても持ってこず、結局自分で取りに行くことに。 シャワーにでも悪く、おまけにダニに体中を噛まれ、最悪のホテルでした。 このホテルだけは絶対にお勧めできません。
