"Good quality hotel in a fantastic location. "
The stay in Boston was made all the better by our choice of hotel. The Lennox couldn't have been any better situated for great restaurants, shops & local attractions. The Staff were super friendly & helpful with great restaurant recommendations. Only disappointment was the bathroom. Although very clean it could have done with modernising.

"Great location, luxurious"
We stayed here for one night following a long trip overseas. The hotel felt luxurious, the bed was so comfortable and we were extremely jet lagged so it was perfect. The fitness center is well equipped and they provide fresh fruit, towels, water bottle and water infused with cucumbers and lemon.

"Seeing Boston without a car"
We had a problem with accessibility in the shower, didn't receive the room I ordered. However, Juan at the front desk helped a bad situation into something acceptable. Frank, the concierge, gets 5 stars. He was extremely helpful and spoke to my daughter (she's in a wheelchair) not to me (mom). If others would realize that just because someone is in a wheelchair doesn't mean that they can't talk. ( I feel better saying that - please pass it on.) The hotel had some eating options & a couple of malls, attached. We did everything on foot & subway, 4 days worth. There is quite a bit in this area.
