Small room, with very limited toilet/shower space. Adequately appointed room. Excellent front desk.and porter service. Dining room service is fast with adequate menu. Location is unequaled.

Copley Square Hotel

A great hotel and very convenient to a market, a mall and restaurants. It's a short metro ride to the Freedom Trail with multiple historical sites. It's also 2 metro stops from Fenway Park. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I love visiting Boston. It's a great city to visit.

Easy access to sites to see in Boston

Posted Sep 15, 2017
Employee from out of town stayed here over the weekend to play "tourist" in Boston. She loved the hotel; felt pampered. Loved how close it was to all that she wanted to see in Boston.

Good hotel with friendly staff in a good location.

Posted Sep 11, 2017
Pros: Location and staff
Cons: Second chair in our room
Location: Handy for shopping in Prudential Center and the lively Copley Square. Within walking distance of 2 'T' lines so most of the city is easily accessible
Great location close to public transport options. Staff were very friendly and resolved the one minor issue we had very quickly. Our room was very quiet, we had good nights' sleep and that is most important to me when considering my hotel experience. Only downside was that room had only 1 chair in which I find annoying when there are 2 of you staying.

Back Bay Boutique

Posted Sep 10, 2017
Pros: Wine Down, decor, fitness centre
Cons: Restaurant hours
Location: Perfect location. Close to all the sites, including Fenway
Nice remodelled boutique hotel in the Back Bay. Goes back to 1890. Cool bar on the corner of the hotel called MiniBar. On that note it gets quite busy on the weekends so I recommend making sure you are on at least the 5th floor and preferably on the side of the hotel facing Boylston. Otherwise it could get pretty noisy. We could hear it from the 5th floor on the Exeter side. They have a good fitness centre in the gym and the Wine Down at 5 pm. is nice. Only annoyance is that their restaurant is only open for breakfast and only till 10:30 a.m. And no room service on the weekends. The good news is that the Lennox with better bars, and better restaurants is a short walk away. Looking at prices its actually a little cheaper and also falls in the older boutique category...so one might want to stay there instead and save yourself a walk?

Nice hotel and Central

Posted Sep 10, 2017
Although room was small, had everything we required. Nice touch was the evening drink at no additional cost. Went to see the Red Sox at Fenway Park, easy walk despite the rain. Boston Common within 20 minutes. We caught the train which was just 1 block away to Penn Station, New York. Loved Boston, wished we had stayed longer, 1.5 days was not enough.

Beautiful neighborhood in Boston

Posted Sep 4, 2017
This may not be the stay for everyone--if you want a fancy lobby with lots of amenities, you will be disappointed. However, the Copley House provided a nice room in a delightful neighborhood with many walking opportunities nearby.
