Pros: Location , staff , and very clean.
Cons: If they added dining and or a bar .
The staff was excellent, rooms were clean and confortable. Had a really great time .

Convenient hotel to Back Bay station

Turned on TV to watch a PBS program. It was not a channel available! Amazing given we were in Boston and this the home of WGBH. Surfed the channels available. Most were only broadcast as analog signals; this pictures blurry. Just cheap for a $340 room. Air conditioning system either on very strong blowing out quite cold air and making a lot of noise or completely off -- which provided a quiet environment. We had to turn it off to sleep. Fortunately the room temperature did not get too high.

Very spacious room. Pleasant and helpful staff. Great location and quiet street. Very convenient place to stay.

Comfy and Convenience.

I had a nice stay on my first time at the hotel. The room and amenities were a bit dated and required some maintenance but the whole experience was made up by a comfy bed with clean linens along with friendly and helpful staffs. Also very convenience location with 24 hrs supermarket and major shopping area only a block away.

Smaller than the photos

The photos on the website promised a decent-sized room. The room we actually had was small and cramped. All we could see out the window was a brick wall. The heat/AC had a mind of its own. They said free Wi-Fi, but they should have said free Wi-Fi *option*. You had to pay to get full speed Wi-Fi. And it didn't work well, so I wound up using my phone for a hot spot most of the time.
