Fantastic hotel!

Posted Dec 4, 2017
Truly helpful staff that went out of their way to make our stay effortless (and we did have a few self inflicted glitches that they helped us navigate.) The rooms were fantastic-we were across from the elevators (the building is a triangle design so most rooms are across from the elevator in one way or another) but i did not hear them at all in the 2 nights we stayed there. IWe were on the 18th floor and the view was amazing. Its location is in the heart of Back Bay and a minute walk from everything you would need re food/services/shopping. Great experience! Frank

Great Location!

Posted Oct 31, 2017
Stayed for 4 nights, great location walking distance to many Boston attractions (Newbury Street, Fenway, Public Gardens, Duck Boat Tours). Somewhat noisy but to be expected for a busy, central location.

Perfect location

Friendly staff; clean and the location was perfect. I was there on business but made some time to play too and it was an easy walk to great restaurants, the prudential center and Fenway. The water in the showers never got very hot though and there was a funky smell coming up through the sewer lines (toilets on the 8th floor!) when they were pumping the sewers across the street outside the hotel. Wifi was also spotty on the TV's but didn't spend much time in the room.

boston visit

Posted Sep 10, 2017
Pros: Could book all trip at the desk.
Cons: Yes,stop charging $50 dollars a night on your card when you checkin though they say you will get it back with 2 weeks ,a joke. That was my only moan.
Location: a 10 min walk to the riverside opposite Cambridge, but virtually on the shopping area .You got the Star hypermarket, eating area, buffet ,Chinese .
Very nice hotel, well situated within Boston, friendly staff, clean environment.Try and book a trip to Mathers Vineyard at the desk,$100 a person, well worth the visit and cape cod trip ,same price. They pick up at the hotel, early start 6.15 am ,mathers vineyard and 7.00 am Cap Cod.Do the duck tour,Brilliant, pick up behind the star hypermarket, book early.Go to the Aquariam at the Marina.Boston is not cheap,$6 a beer, eating out is expensive,go to the eating malls.
