Great hotel, amazing pool/gym/shopping

Pros: gym, pool, attached to mall
Cons: PILLOWS were not good at all...and, I'm not very fussy about such things.
Location: mall is attached, boarding locations for trolley and duck tours is within a block, next to view tour, walk to boston commons
great stay at this Sheraton with my daughter. the pool and gym were a highlight. highly recommend getting the club access. only complaint was that the pillows were too fluffy and didn't support our heads well.

friendly hotel

Pros: Its a lovely and very friendly hotel.
Cons: The lighting in the room, and the bathroom was to small for two adults.T
Location: The location was very good and lots to see and do nearby.
We went on holiday with friends and had a great experience its a lovely city and would visit again and stay at the same hotel.

Good location and not much else

Arrived at 10:30pm to find a line at check in. The two staff members behind the counter took turns leaving the desk so that there was never more than 1 person at any time. Just as it was our turn to speak to the staff, a group of tourists cut in front of us and the man behind the desk spoke to them for several minutes while we waited for his female counterpart to return to the desk. The room we requested was not available so we were put in a handicap accessible room which we were told had a king bed and river view. It had the view but a queen bed instead. Housekeeping had apparently been interrupted while turning over the room bc the covers and sheets were balled up and left on a chair in the room, with no sheets on the bed. We called the front desk and housekeeping came to make the bed. On the third day, this exact scenario happened again, where we came back from a day out and found the bed sheets stripped and balled up on a chair in the room. During our stay we called the front desk twice, and both times the person who answered was unpleasant and cut us off, saying "you need to call back in the morning" when we wanted to change to a room with a king size bed, or "someone will come" when we stated the room had not been fully turned over. For the price we paid, this was definitely not a worthwhile stay. Not only were the staff seemingly unable to provide us with basic services, but were generally not courteous at all. We will never stay at a Sheraton again.

Nice Hotel, central for most things.

Pros: Lovely reception area. The view from our room on the 24th floor was stunning. Excellent service from hotel staff who couldn't be more helpful.
Cons: Proper staff in Starbucks that could get your order right first time, not wrong three days running!
Location: Very central and linked to the shopping mall at the Prudential. Easy walk to the esplanade, Boston Common or the Public park and the Freedom Trail.
We had previously stayed at your hotel in San Francisco so after seeing the pool in your holiday brochure we went ahead and booked it. So disappointed when registering to be told the pool was closed due to refurbishment and that we had to walk through the shopping mall to another hotel if we wanted the use of a pool. We were even more disappointed when we popped up to the 5th floor to discover the pool had in fact been open all along and we had missed 3 days of it's use! Needless to say we did enjoy the pool on Thursday for the first time and it was lovely. Spoiled by the noise of the building site opposite! I must point out that we did not receive an email from you warning us about either of these things. We did get annoyed at the poor service in your Starbucks but as there were 4 of us we did manage to laugh that off and go to Flour for our morning breakfast instead. We did like the hotel on the whole and being able to walk through to the shopping mall was really convenient. Breakfast in your Apropos was excellent and the grey haired gentleman that served us was a real credit to the hotel.

Nice hotel next to convention center.

Pros: Convenient location.
Cons: Ready made coffee to go in the morning as some hotels do serve, as some guests may want this convenience. There was a long line in Starbuck.
Location: The hotel is connected to Prudential Mall.
I stayed one night to attend a convention. The room was small but clean. The location was convenient for attending the convention,shopping and dining.

Cons: free wifi or not letting 10 year olds sign on to wifi so easily if there is a fee!
not happy that when I get home there was a $10 charge on my credit card for wifi from my friends daughter who signed in to snapchat , I new nothing about this!! ridiculous when we payed so much already for our room.

Blue Jays game

Pros: We were welcomed and always given information we required.
Cons: Maybe another body on concierge.
Location: Location was perfect, trolley stop out front, Starbucks in the lobby, pool on site, grocery market 2 blocks away, a safe area to explore. Fenway park
Check in was a breeze, our room spacious enough for 4 adults. Would have liked our fridge to be on a table instead of on the floor, but it encouraged us to exercise!!! Bathroom was rather outdated, not enough towel bars. Being green is encouraged, but no place to hang towels to dry!

Nice hotel..

Pros: Peddy cabs
Cons: Not much. The city is hard to drive. I would take a train next
Location: Fenway park
The only problem is getting to the hotel. Boston is a city and it has allot of lights and side streets..It took us a while to figure out how to get to the hotel as it's of the main street.
