My one week stay in Hotel Rosenhof 20th - 25th September, 2015 was quite pleasant. I stayed in a single room which is small,compact and neat by all standards. The Hotel is small and it is located in a quite, peaceful neighbourhood in the small village of Lindau. A Bus stop stand just nearby the Hotel that connects you straight to "Kartlenburg" and "Northheim" train stations. Frau Rumberger that manages the hotel is a very pleasant, friendly and heartwarming woman. She surely makes guests stay as comfortable as possible. I strongly recommend the Hotel for anyone that desires a quite, small, pleasant and comfortable place to stay some three train stops to the city of Göttingen in Germany.

Great 6 Week Stay
In six weeks you get to know a hotel well. We had ZERO complaints. The owners and staff were friendly & efficient. The meals were excellent. We highly recommend it.

Hyggeligt lille hotel i fredelige omgivelser kort fra motorvejen. Rigtigt velegnet til en overnatning på turen fra Frankrig til Danmark

I enjoyed my stay at Rosenhof- the rooms are clean, the bed is comfortable, food tasty and the land lady helpful. Therefore I can strongly recommend it! I would add a remark- the restaurant is closed on Sunday (common knowledge in Germany, but not if you come from other countries) and there is no other alternatives nearby.

Wir haben den Familienbetrieb als sehr freundlich empfunden. Das Essen im Restaurant war gut, preisgünstig und mit Liebe angerichtet :) Zimmer waren zwar nicht sehr modern, aber völlig ausreichend und sehr sauber. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt

Ganska slitet och dåligt städat rum. Värdinnan var trevlig, men servicen medelmåttig. Maten i hotellets restaurang var gjord av halvfabrikat, torrt och smaklöst. Ligger en bit ut på landet, men läget var OK om man vill komma ifrån autobahn ett tag.

Charmigt familjehotell
Litet charmigt familjehotell till bra pris. Trevliga rum och en hyfsat bra restaurang (typisk tysk = bra). Eftersom hotellet drivs av en familj så är inte receptionen bemannad hela tiden men personalen kommer när man ringer på dem. Frukostbuffén kunde vara lite större, men det är ju ett litet hotell så det finns egentligen inget att klaga på.

Semester resan
Prefekt quick stop på väg genom Tyskland, resturangen var stängd men hotellet ordnade en fantastisk middag till alla gästerna. Super service och fint boende.

ett fantastiskt trevligt både i bemötande och mat och "sovvänlighet" sköna sängar, rent ock snyggt samt en underbar måltid på kvällen av värdfolket. Vi hade rest 134 mil och var trötta , hungriga, och serverades en utomordentlig välsmakande middag/kvällsmåltid. Prova gärna deras dessert vaniljglass med espresso WOW. återkommer gärna

Sehr freundliches Personal, obwohl wir erst abends um 22 Uhr ankamen, wurden wir freundlich empfangen und bekammen noch was zu essen. Ich werde zu jeder Zeit in diesem Hotel wieder buchen.

Haben uns wohl gefühlt.
Sehr freundliche und außerordentlich hilfsbereite Hotelbesitzer. Saubere, ordentliche, der Kategorie entsprechende Zimmer und Ausstattung. Entfernung nach Göttingen mehr als die angegebenen knapp 18 km; das sollte man berücksichtigen.

Hyggeligt hotel med engageret værtspar.
Rosenhof ligger i en lille by noget væk fra de mest besøgte turiststeder, så man skal være indstillet på at bruge tid på kørsel til seværdigheder. Værelserne er rolige med gode Box madrasser og hele hotellet meget fint rent. Værtsparret er venlige og engagerede, aftensmaden i restauranten god og frisklavet til en fordelagtig pris, værd at vende hjem til efter en dag på farten. Hyggelig stemning hvor de lokale også kommer og spiser. Ok. morgenmadsbuffet.

The hotel is old and not super fresh but it's over all ok. The room was clean but the beds should be replaced and the carpet also. Service, parking and wi-fi was good. Breakfast was not good.

This is a very mean comment. Yes we are in renewing our hotel and as you have seen it before your arrival, we are in the countryside, but it is a clean and cosy little hotel and we try to do our best to make your stay comfortable.
