The best hotel in town. The only slight glitch was a male bar waiter who chased me thinking I hadn't paid, when i had already settled the bill with hisnfrmale colleague. Clearly better training required.

Staff can be helpful with a little coaxing. Pillows in rooms are lacking. Not sure why they have two single beds pushed together for b the rooms to make a single bed but it's common in Germany.

Updated but inexperienced staff

Even though this hotel has been renovated not too long ago it does not seem to get enough traffic and therefore appears deserted and sad. It is even hard to find the staff. They seem to disappear in this hotel. Also, I asked for a coffee in the afternoon and short of going into the kitchen, it felt like nobody knew how to fill my request. I had dinner at the bar because the restaurant was closed (never understood why) and the couple at a neighboring table let the food go back s it did not seem fresh or warm enough. Mine meal was fine but nothing to write home about. The breakfast was equally mediocre. While there were many choices I questioned the quality (given the price). Not enough waiters tending to the tables and, again, no host/hostess when you first come in.

The perfect place in a beautiful village

I want to return as soon as possible. Our room was a mini palace and we didn't want to leave! The spa spacilities were nice and quiet. I wouldn't stay anywhere else. It's a special place with character and warmth. The manager was very very sweet and gave us an upgrade, we couldn't have asked for anything else. Our 9 year old daughter said "mama can we live here?" Don't hesitate to book this hotel, you'll be so happy that you did. Thankyou

The AC service is not up to the level of a 5 stars hotel. Same for the cleanness. Cleanliness is not up to standard.

To start the list this location was under construction...they also shut off all power , no elevator...no air conditioning and if the power was on all you get is the fan...parking garage very poor plane for construction...
