Great modern hotel in the middle of the town

Location: The hotel is right next to the beautiful park.It is also 10 minutes from Kur Royal, an amazing bath house. Also 3 min away from great restaurant
The room was big which is not always the case in European hotels. The staff was friendly, courteous, professional. Even though the hotel is currently undergoing renovations on the outside it did not create any inconvenience whatsoever.

Spacious hotel close to parks

Pros: Location, airy feel, catering and room comfort. Quiet location. Good in most respects for conference, but ideal for holiday.
Cons: Seating and projection headroom for conferences. Better variety of apples (free) in the foyer.
Location: Handy for parks. No other comment, no time to explore the vicinity.
Stayed 2 nights for a conference. Guest room and bathroom were spacious - about 80 square metres. Bed and linen was fine, bath towel needed a little more air. Coffee/tea facilities provided in room and replenished for day 2. Lifts not able to cope with a lot of traffic at 8.30, and stairs were not obvious (from Reception Level, labelled Parkhaus) but saved a lot of time once discovered. Buffet catering was excellent: wide selection, good quality, and ample quantity. Very nice fresh bread with the cheeseboard. Conference room left something to be desired. Quite a large salon used, to seat about 120. With a level floor and limited headroom, difficult to increase projected image size sufficiently to read presentations from the back. Chairs not good for all day use. Chrome steel was used to frame the upholstery, so that one's back suffered from contact if any slouching was attempted. Accoustics were OK. Parks handy for lunchtime stroll, but had no time to explore Bad Homburg itself, a famous spa town.

Excellent location, very nice hotel and helpful staff. the one improvement to recommend is to improve the WiFi.there is a free WiFi but very slow, practically useless.

Mixed experience

Beautifully situated hotel, right at a park, close to spa. Currently undergoing renovation and only the second floor has redesigned rooms, which are beautiful. The service was very spotty, each day something was wrong. Upon arrival they tried to give me an inferior room to what I had booked. One day the room was not cleaned. On departure they tried to charge me again, etc. Overall a mixed experience.

Here for a wedding. Rooms were larger than typical for Europe. Very nicely appointed. Bar lounge area quite but upscale and sunny. Would highly recommend
