It was an unique experience to stay in a castle. There were three levels to the apartment with many steps. Breakfast was good.

Amazing Place to Stay
Amazing place to stay, we were warmly welcomed. The rooms were very good clean and with coffee making machine. The staff were all very helpful. We couldn't have breakfast as we left very early so they made us a basket of bread, cheese, ham and eggs and left in our room so we could eat before we left.

Die Gastgeberin hat sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben. Aufgrund eines Wasserschadens konnten wir die gebuchten Zimmer nicht beziehen. Sie hat uns zwei Ausweichunterkünfte besorgt und das teurere Turmzimmer zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Turmzimmer ist allerdings nix für Jeden, Wendeltreppe mit 64 Stufen 😉 Aber etwas besonderes. Frühstücksbüffet lässt keine Wünsche offen. Bad Münstereifel mit dem Outlet sehenswert 👍

pand was prima, mooie historische locatie en prachtige ligging. Het onderhoud liet te wensen over, zo waren diverse lampen defect en was de sluiting van deuren en ramen kapot. De keuken was heel slordig en amateuristisch gemonteerd. De knop van de verwarming was kapot/los en daardoor bleef de verwarming op volle toeren doordraaien. Het ontbijt was op zich prima, maar omdat het "ruhetag" was wij na twee dagen de enige gasten waren werd dit de avond van tevoren op de kamer gebracht. Dat betekende zelf voor koffie etc. zorgen en geen verse broodjes. Toen wij dit een tweede keer weigeren werd dit niet op prijs gesteld. Dat gaf ons het gevoel lastig te zijn.
