"Our group had stayed at this hotel one week prior, and my review was less than glowing. This time, however, we had a larger room, the pillows were excellent. Any stay can have special needs, and I want to extend special kudos to Mariia. She’s an immigrant from Ukraine. She’s a fantastic problem solver and manages employees well, with persistence, kindness and never raising her voice. I would recommend this hotel strongly, as a high value proposition."

"The room was super clean and modern. We dine to the restaurant downstairs and I enjoyed the pizza. There is the a super market next to the hotel, but the cashiers may be a bit rude if you don’t speak German. The station is literally in front of the hotel, super comfortable!"

"I had an excellent stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. There’s parking underneath the building which was good to have. My room was comfortable, had good heating and was very clean. Breakfast was really fantastic. Lots of options, cereals, granola (different varieties), cooked breakfast eggs, bacon, sausages and more, pastries and lots of them. All of good quality, not the generic kind. Coffee as well, fruit as well of course. I would stay again. Excellent transport to Munich centre too. "

"A really excellent hotel with very friendly and attentive staff. I liked that the room had a safe, however for a forced or hotel I would’ve expected an ironing board to be included within the room and not have to request it at reception. The room was large as was the bathroom and it was a quiet building as well, very well insulated. The first couple of nights it was very hot and it was nice that the room had air-conditioning. I do feel that the breakfast was rather expensive for what it was, that is probably only the - point in my feedback."
