The Hotel was excellent, roof top breakfast was fantastic with view of the pyramids great service also rooftop restaurant. The hotel manager Aladin offered a tour from the hotel we were able to make a deal with him for a 2 day pyramid and city tour. Our Guide Abdul was amazing, very reliable, knowledgeable and respectful of my wife and I needs during our honeymoon from USA / Brazil He knew everything about Egypt and great English to explain everything and took us everywhere we needed. If you are staying in Giza particularly if you are planning to visit the pyramids, this is a great hotel. It feels almost like a family run place as you are made to feel very welcome. The rooms are clean and comfortable and you are provided with a bath robe, tea and coffee making facilities and a fridge and hairdryer. Saif is the reception staff who welcomes you and assists you with things such as booking taxis etc. You literally are neighbours with the pyramids so meals here as well as being good also provide a fantastic view. Definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. Every detail reflected quality and care. The atmosphere was peaceful, the facilities were excellent, and the entire hotel was impeccably clean. You can really tell that guest satisfaction is their top priority. Great views of the pyramids. Easy uber access to the pyramids and the museum. Cold ac. Clean rooms. The breakfast was nice, ask for the guava juice. It’s delicious. We also got in very late at night and we were able to get dinner at the restaurant on the premises so we didn’t have to venture out at midnight.
