Fint men slitt

Pros: Grei plassering i fh. til Oslo. Kort vei til buss til Oslo sentrum.
Cons: Gratis parkering for hotellets gjester. Gratis kaffi til besøket i halen.
Location: ok
Rommet var fint og ryddig, men det var slitt. Hårføner virket ikke, slitasje på utstyr. Madrassen hadde en flekk under lakenet, som var synlig. Ytre vinduet på 511, var så som så. Gode senger å sove i :)

Excellent location for Telenor Arena

Cons: Customer service; some room facilities
Location: Telenor Arena is five minutes walk.
The location was excellent - only five minutes to the Telenor Arena and next to a lovely beach and fjord. The room was clean and comfortable but when we arrived, there were two chairs in the room and when we returned to the room after a walk, one of the chairs had been taken because another guest needed an extra one. There were two of us in the room so that made things more difficult for us! The restaurant and room service were closed during the day so we ended up going to the Quality Hotel next door to get something to eat. The staff were efficient but not overly friendly; very different to every other Norwegian that we met, who were absolutely lovely! Room pillows were not non-allergenic and the hotel had none that were non-allergenic so I ended up using a cushion as a pillow.

Not much to do way out here!

Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff. From the front desk to the cleaning crew, everyone was willing to do what ever was necessary for me to enjoy my stay
Cons: Fix the aircond
Location: Telenor Arena, one non-hotel restaurant, a small shopping center, two hotels and a bike/running path along the shoreline. Nothing do do out here!
Unless you are booking this hotel specifically for a concert at the nearby venue, there is nothing else to do this far outside of Oslo. There is one non-hotel restaurant and a small shopping center nearby and some nice bike/footpaths and that is it. However, bus transportation to the city is easy. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Universal complaint among all of the conference attendees I talked to was that the rooms were way too hot and the air-conditioning did not do much to reduce the temperature.

Hyggelig hotell

Hotellet er fint men noe slitt i lobbyen. Rommene i den nyeste delen er veldig fine. Hotellet ligger fint til i et rolig område med gode tur- og bademuligheter. Det som trekker ned er frokosten. Personalet er litt trege med å fylle på, og minus for manglende bacon.

Skuffende til prisen

Dette er et meget enkelt hotel, som rettere burde kategoriseres som et motel. Det er enkelt, rent og pænt, men ikke mere end det. Set i lyset af dette forekommer værelsesprisen for høj. Der var intet personale i forbindelse med morgenmads-buffeten, og der blev ikke ryddet af bordene. Det var ren selvbetjening. Derudover forekommer det uhørt, at man skal betale Kr. 145 pr. dag for at parkere sin bil i et øde naturområde ved et hotel med meget få gæster.

Hvor var kjøleskapet?
