The front desk attendant was genuinely kind and welcoming, but he appeared to be working alone, and the hotel could benefit from additional staff. The entrance has stairs, and there was no assistance with luggage. Guests are also required to leave their room key at the front desk whenever they leave……

Towels were put down behind the toilet. The first night was quiet but the 2nd being a Friday was very noisy with motorcycles going to a clubhouse a couple blocks away.
