"The Social Hub is a great hotel—modern, stylish, minimalist, and incredibly convenient. It’s especially well suited to the independent traveler who appreciates a contemporary, self-service approach. For me personally, being in Florence, I would have preferred a slightly more traditional and full-service hotel experience. The self check-in process and technology-driven approach are modern and very well executed, but they weren’t necessarily a highlight of my vacation. That is entirely a matter of personal preference rather than a criticism of the hotel itself. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, and the hotel itself has a really dynamic atmosphere. The rooftop was definitely a standout, with the pool, terrace, various bars, and food-truck-style counters creating a fantastic space to relax, have a drink, and enjoy the surroundings. Overall, it’s a very cool, modern concept and a great choice for travelers looking for independence, convenience, and a lively social atmosphere in Florence."
