This charming boutique hotel in a quiet residential neighborhood. The staff was very nice and helped with everything. I arrived at the hotel at seven in the morning and got breakfast at no extra charge and got the room an hour later. Rooms are clean and cozy. The hotel is 10 minutes walk from the convention and shopping centers. warmly recommended.

Every aspect of this hotel was super. From the secure parking garage, easy check in, clean room and friendly staff to the great location. We only had one evening in Frankfurt. The front desk was so helpful in giving us ideas on where to go. The river is close by and the bridge to walk to the other side was easily accessible. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was extremely accommodating. From the restaurant to the room service, every member of the team was excellent and treated us was we were there only guests. The staff couldn't do enough for us to make our stay a great experience.

"Nice hotel but the location doesn't do it justice"
My partner and I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights because of a convention happening nearby. The hotel is both close to the main station and the Festhalle.
The room was spacious and clean, bed was comfortable, there was a locker and a wardrobe. Quick note, there was hand soap and shower gel but no shampoo or other toiletry items. It wasn't a problem at all for us, but if you are planning to stay there it's good to know.
Breakfast was good, selection of breads, fruits, cereals, hams and cheese, spreads, egg and sausage.
The only "issue" we had is that the hotel is right on a main, busy street and just outside the train station and the tram line. Our room was on the street side so despite the best efforts of the thick windows it was still a bit noisy at night (tram runs late and stops just in front of the hotel). We are used to a very quiet neighbourhood so we couldn't sleep well the first night with all the noise. But then we were so tired the following two days we slept through it.
Also the area around the main station doesn't inspire trust really, I didn't really feel safe late at night around the hotel. But that's not something the hotel can control.
All in all the hotel is basic, but it does everything well and that's all we needed.
