Good hotel and location. Some of the equipment is tired and needs replacing. Bit of a wait for foid at bar as waiter informed me he had been on shift all day.

The staff was very helpful and I was traveling with pets and they were very kind and made it very easy for me to take care of what I needed to do. Would highly recommend.

Old hotel
Hotel is very old and old furniture. The hall way smells and the room was dirty when I checked in. The price I paid for it was not worth it. The hotel needs refurbishing. Won’t be staying there again to be honest

I was disappointed about putting me with my two kids into one bedroom which has been charged into bigger room after complaining for several times. The new room is for handicap persons since its the only available room in the hotel and the hotel is fully booked. Inside the room there is no enough beds and other stuff to accommodate us like towels, toothbrushes, and liquid soap.

Was not happy stay.
Nice 1 BD suite with many items you might need. The major disadvantage I experienced was with the room service when I ordered my dinner. They tried to charge me extra money because of exchange rate. Although I gave them more than the actual cost, they insisted to charge me more. So I escalated the subject to the management and after investigation the apologized and paid me back the extra money. Moreover, at time of checkout, the lady at the front desk took a record of my credit card details without my permision. So I aloso escalated the subject to the duty manager and she confirmed that it will be deleted. I ordered three items: Kebba, Sambosa, and checkin beryani. Non of them we liked. The first two items were kind of spoiled. They tatsted and smelled like the were cooked two days ago. The shower was very small, but acceptable for the rate of money paid. The parking was very poorly designed and if you have a bug SUV like me, it will be difficult to drive. I had to park my car outside under the sun and without survillance. One major thing to know about the Elite chain -based on my experience- is that they do not use sound proof walls, so becareful with your room selection if you do not like to be near the bars or night clubs. The hotel is located in a quute nice area, but you will need to drive to go for shopping, restaurants or tourism. Personally, I do not think I will book again at this hotel. Regards.

Generally good but could be better.
Hotel is ok, pool is nice, no shade on it or the children's pool though. Room was an apartment, good size, washing machine was broken and no one came to fix it despite several calls to the front desk. Breakfast is poor. Mostly Indian style food and a few not great pastries. Not what you'd expect in a hotel of this nature.

Good value for money. Staff friendly. Attention to detail lacking, e.g robes not in the room on arrival, only 4 hangers. Pool service very poor. Asked Reception to book an airport transfer, but this was not done. Just as well we checked on the day of departure.

A great find in the Seef area of Bahrain
This typically Bahraini hotel is charming. The reception staff could not be more helpful and the porters smile and help you with every bag. Check in quick and the rooms are huge. The pool area is great and in the evening the Il Giardino restaurant in the garden serves the best Chicken tikka ever!

FABULOUS
The hotel was extremely comfortable and clean. Immediately we arrived we felt the warmth, friendliness and efficiency of the staff. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they always had wave and a smile for us. The cuisine was superb and beautifully presented. We particularly enjoyed the Lebanese night. The lady who looked after the bar was amazing and again, like everyone there, so very polite yet friendly and warm. Everyone who worked at the Elite Seef Residence was amazing and so kind. Am so glad we chose this hotel. The next time I visit Bahrain I will do my utmost to book into the Elite Seef Residence Hotel. Would recommend the Elite Seef Residence to anyone.

Good for family
Big and nice room near the swimming pool and restaurant. However, the unit floor is dusty and master bedroom carpet is dirty and smelly. The rest is good.

Nice hotel
The check in was fast though we arrived an hour earlier. The staff on the front desk were helpful . The room was as described in Expedia. The breakfast was OK though not many options.
