"Some staff were very curtious but some front desk staff didn't blin when you walked by. Managers were great and Alphonso in the main dining room was all over the lace. Helping customers, other staff and adjusting decor on top on that. Only problem was the hot water in the shower was only warm when water from the sink was hot. Engineers came to check but luke warm was the result more than one day..."
