A basic hotel to be honest. I booked brunch but food options were limited and the service was extremely slow. Breakfast was very basic and, unlike other hotels, they don't serve proper pork bacon and sausages. As an expat, I expect tgat to be available. I didn't have a terrible experience but there are far better hotels. Unlikely to be back.

I travel for a living and this property is exceptional. Their staff is incredible and they really make you feel welcome and at home, which is what you need after long days of travel and work commitments. The rooms are clean and spacious. It’s a great property with wonderful restaurants just next door. They are able to pick you up and drop you off at the airport. I have stayed here on numerous occasions and always look forward to my next stay!

Small Personal Hotel
I have been a regular customer at the Palace Hotel and it never fails to impress. The hotel is near many restaurants and within a short drive to city center. The nearby restaurants, Masso and Orangery, are great. The staff is very accommodating and welcoming, and they always make me feel home. The daily cakes and chocolate are delicious.

quiet little hotel
this is an excellent hotel for someone like me. i wanted a quiet relaxing weekend and i got what i wanted at Palace Boutique Hotel. my last stay here was a few years ago. staff work there changed but most of them are just like before, polite and very courteous. i used Polo Club 3 times on this stay. there was a girl who doesnt smile or speak at all. she stood oit because everyone else there was very friendly.

Worst hotel stay of our lifes
The worst stay I have ever had in a hotel. On the second night of a 2 night stay we arrived back to the hotel after a lovely evening with friends to find that the hotel had checked us out of our room without any notification or warning. All our belongings valuables including our passports from the safe were removed stuffed into bags and left in a storage room. We were of not having a booking for the second night and were told we were liars when we told them this was not the case. When we requested them to view our bookin confirmations on hotels.com they refused and threatened us with the police. In addition the hotel charged us a late check out fee of over 50 dollars.

Beautiful Boutique Hotel
Loved the overall atmosphere and feel of the hotel. Rooms were beautiful, with amazing room service especially the sweets we were welcomed with and fruits! I will definitely be staying there again! The breakfast was great, top notch. Very quiet, has beautifully furnished rooms, convenient and is close to everything.

It was horrible . The rooms had no bathtub (only 2 rooms in the whole hotel have bathtubs) no cupcakes asxmentioned on the website and an overwhelming smell of mold and pesticide throughout my room

Lovely comfortable boutique hotel
Stayed while passing through Bahrain. We loved the elegant minimalism and supreme cleanliness. Lovely spaces including the Gallery area and Orangery outdoors. The breakfast buffet was the absolute best, with wonderful yoghurt and fruit and vegetables in addition to the usual fare. Looking forward to returning.

Excellent weekend visit to Bahrain. My first visit to The Palace and I'll be back. I've stayed in most of the 5 star hotels over the years, but this is where I'll be staying in the future. Service, location, rooms, gastro pub, breakfast and restaurant all fantastic. Only downside is pool and spa are still under construction. No noise, dust or disruption from pool renovation. It just wasn't available.

Very pleasant stay. The staff are very efficient and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. They go beyond the normal course of duty to assist. The breakfast is excellent. Nice clean modern light room. I moved to the executive room which is very spacious.

The staff is very friendly. They welcome you with fresh juice as you're checking in. The lobby has a cafe. Breakfast was very good, with fresh omelettes and a large selection of foods. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. In boutique hotel style, there are fresh fruits and cookies waiting. The location was excellent, as it's in the Adliya area, near many fine restaurants, and pleasant for evening walks.

Great Hotel
Thus hotel is currently under going some renovations; but there was no noise from the construction. The breakfast buffet was amazing!! The staff was over the top in friendliness, courtesy, and professionalism. The staff new my name and coffee order by the second morning. The room was clean and comfortable. I loved the wooden doors that slide shut over the windows to keep the light out. The hotel manager was personable and friendly and approachable. The towels need to be replaced, but I told the manager and he thanked me for letting me know. He told me that the hotel is undergoing renovations, which I knew when I made my reservation. I will not hesitate to stay there again or to send my friends.

Excellent breakfast. If you enjoy private ambience this is the place to stay. Only 20 rooms in entire hotel. Near restaurants.

Was there for the F1, did the necessary job. Nice room, good facilities and bar. Shame there are no changing rooms once checked out, I had to shower and change outside. On the whole, good hotel, good locaiton and friendly staff.

This hotel was excellent from the moment I arrived and was immediately greeted by name. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My room was large and comfortable. There was a welcome gift and complimentary apples and water. The bathroom had a sleek, modern feel, and great water pressure. The bed was comfortable, I slept great. Nice in-room work space. The entire property feels new. Breakfast was excellent. WiFi worked great. Nice little gym. Pool looked inviting, but it wasn't warm enough to swim during my visit. The hotel is attached to a bar and a fancy restaurant--there's a 24 hour donut place too just off the parking lot. There are two eating areas within walking distance, one about 15 minutes away (on foot), the other much closer to the south of the hotel. I very much enjoyed my stay and would not hesitate to stay here again on any trip to Bahrain. Note: to find the hotel in a car, head south on the Al-Fatih Highway toward Mina Salman. Just after a one-way intersection where a right turn is prevented, take the next right. Veer right and head straight up the road. The hotel is immediately on your right just past the first big intersection.

Nice hotel, funky design in the foyer/restaurant area but the rooms were quite basic. I was disapointed witth the food, breakfast was meagre and the lunch menu was really bad I was expecting a refund for the lunch as it was terrible.

Paradise at The Palace
This is a perfect hotel for a relaxing get-away. First, the hotel provided complimentary transfers from the airport which I love! The hotel staff was friendly and very professional. A lovely buffet breakfast was included each day. The hotel desk staff helped us plan some sightseeing and made dinner reservations for us. The pool was clean and I had it to myself several days. I highly recommend the pub in the hotel, too. Great hotel! I will return.

Fantastic hotel, fantastic staff
I spent five nights at this hotel and it was positively delightful. First of all, there is a complimentary pick-up (and, at the end of your stay, drop-off) at the airport which starts things off on the right note. The staff are helpful and competent, especially Mr. Arshad at the reception/front desk and the lady at the breakfast buffet (also very nice). The pool is a delight and the maintenance crew take their job seriously. And the hotel is almost intimate with its two-dozen or so rooms, not your usual mega-hotel with hundreds of rooms and staff who won't remember you. I will not consider another hotel the next time I'm in Manama!

This hotel is excellent for single travelers
They will drop you off and pick you up for a small fee cheaper than a taxi. The staff is sooo sweet and very knowledgeable. They will guide you to the best places to eat and to current events. Wonderful staff, clean rooms and very safe place.

Nice Buget Hotel
We enjoyed our one night stay.. It is quiet pleasent.. Don't expect alot but for the price we paid around $120, it was excellent. I might stay there again in the future. Location wise it is good and close to Adliyah area which is full of nice resturants and cafe shops but a bit far away from City Center mall amd Seef mall, that's in case you are in bahrain for shopping.
