The hotel was very clean with friendly and helpful staff. Free breakfast options were waffles, hard boiled eggs, toasted bagels, oatmeal, fruit, and cereal. Free snacks and beverages were incredibly helpful for our days of adventuring the island. The walk from the ferry terminal is not bad at about 20 minutes. We would definitely stay here again! My 12 year old loved it too.

Despite the listed amenities and pictures on their website, there are no coffee pots in the rooms. As I was told by the front desk. Very disappointing.

We are very sorry Gail. The City of Banbridge has banned all containers for coffee, condiments and serving ware. We were not able to find products that met their regulations so we just had to remove them. We do however offer coffee in the lobby from 6:30a to 10pm daily.

The room was clean and fresh without perfumes. Windows open and have nice shades. Everything worked as it should. Staff was mostly pleasant. No restaurant in hotel, but a couple options nearby. The coffee was pretty ok. The breakfast foods were ok, rather typical. However, you could grab a snack anytime of day...fresh fruit always available. Parking was very good. Overall, a pleasant stay.

The bed was comfortable even though it was softer than I like. There are bedside lights so you can read in bed. The internet connection was a bit spotty--I think it can vary depending where you are in the building, because I haven't had this problem before. Sadly, the room had no cups suitable for heating up water for tea in the microwave. But these are available in the lobby.

If you have any interaction with the weekend desk staff, I hope it’s the young lady who is a Navy spouse, with long braided hair, who worked the evening shift, when we checked in. Extremely friendly, and helpful. While her counterparts from the morning shift, were rude and condescending. The concept of customer service must be lost on the two women who worked in the morning

Person doing the check-in was great. Friendly, happy, efficient, knowledgeable. Room was fine, but every time a heater came on in other rooms, there was loud humming in our room. Grout in bathroom floor needs to be cleaned. Convenient location. Hotel and guests were quiet; there was some traffic noise, but not terrible.

We stayed here for a swim meet. The only thing that would have made it better, was if we didn't bring kids. They thought it was the coolest room and took turns wearing the robe and slippers provided. They enjoyed it so much they forgot about their "inside voices" and didn't want to go to sleep.

Boy, they do not have stairs to get from floor to floor. Elevator only. One Elevator only. Talk about a lot of waiting. Breakfast was not bery good. Lots of bread. Parking was great. Very clean place. Will stay somewhere else due to no stairs.

First, I have to say: the staff was so great. In the time we were there, there were 4 front desk attendants and every interaction with them was positive. I wish I could give the hotel 5 stars for that alone. Additionally, the breakfast, free snacks, and free parking are all perks that I really appreciated. The most challenging thing for me, however, was sleeping. The walls were a bit thin and someone nearby was playing music loudly and talking above the music (this was between 10 pm and midnight— when I finally took a Benadryl.) I was also a bit disappointed with the fitness room. It’s the same space as the pantry where they store the dry goods and plates, etc., for breakfast. It also adjoins the lobby. ‘Just not really a comfortable space for a workout. I have to reiterate: staff was/is excellent.

My only issue was the bed. Not very comfortable, too soft, kinda sunk to the middle. Otherwise, clean property, nice staff. Breakfast was ok, not a lot of variety but then I am not a big fan of most complimentary hotel breakfasts in the USA.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel even had snacks and drinks out all day. This was really helpful since it was freezing outside and we didn't want to leave just for a small snack. The rooms are surprisingly spacious. We rented the cheapest option and it ended up having a privacy wall between the bedroom and sitting area. I will definitely stay here again.
